I'm still using my 1st gen AirPods. They work well, but do not fit. They don't stay in my ears even just working at my desk.
I was thinking of the Powerbeats Pro or perhaps a few other brands. At least there's another option now with these.
I'll wait for some reviews...

EVERY SINGLE TIME Apple releases new headphones there are rumors of colors. They are ALWAYS wrong. The white color of Apple earbuds and AirPods are the most iconic thing in the world, it screams to the world about how popular Apple products are when you see a pair in someone's ears... companies would DIE to have that kind of branding... so why would Apple make their headphones in new colors so people have a more difficult time telling who is using an Apple product? These are wishes and fever dreams of folks and nothing more... white is the color of Apple branded products that go on or in your ears.

Space Grey keyboard/mouse, Rose Mac Air, Yellow phones, green phones, red phones, etc.

Apple does do color variations. headphones are just in the market a few years. It's not like it will only be white forever.

Really good offering. Really good price for the feature set.

Always entertaining to watch the slobbering jealously that is brought out when Apple unveils a new product. All forms of mental gymnastics employed to make someone feel better about not being able to afford something they want.

This...

"AirPods Pro use an innovative vent system to equalize pressure, minimizing the discomfort common in other in-ear designs."

That's truly awesome. For me that's a big no-no with in-ear. It makes other in-ears uncomfortable to use for running because it results in bone conducting. The same problem when you talk it feels like having two fingers I your ears. Looking forward to trying them out with this vent-system!!!

I just watched the video and the case is a different size compared to the originals. Anyone know the dimensions?

Apple has been improving value lately but these things surely are a step backwards.

That is a lot of money for some features that the original ones can't offer (like not falling).

I really wish Apple would return the jack now that they have created demand for this (yes, I know, won't happen)

LOOOL.
Although I am not Hungarian, here in Hungary they cost about 270 EUR.
No thanks!

Pro earbuds... gotta be sick to order such things and the fact that they cost so much in poorer countries.... Mental :)))

VAT rate in Hungary is 27% according to Google. It is no wonder it's a "poorer" country.

I just recently got Airpods 2, mainly because I lost my original Airpods (that I later found in my trouser pocket a month later).
Looks like these don't have wireless charging which would have been nice considering the cost.

EDIT: Just been informed they do have wireless charging :)

Did you read or watch the video? It's a wireless charging case.

I've lost over 4 pairs of Airpods. Like dropped out and lost in the streets when the music is off. I wanna put a string on these.
