Alarm doesn't go off

After updating to iOS 10 my alarm have stoped working. Mostly it doesn't go off, today I went off 1 hour too early.

I have not made any adjustments or settings since the update (and I have not activated the bedtime thing)

There seem to be a lot of threads about this on other forums but none on Macrumors

Is there really no one on macrumors who have this problem?
Or have anyone found a remedy?

The alarm goes off every day on my iPad and iPhone. I saw others mention this on this forum and other places, but I kept an eye on it and can't reproduce reminders, calendars, alarms, countdowns, etc not working as expected.

I noticed if I have my phone set to silent(vibrate) that no notifications will make any kind of alert including alarms other than it showing on screen.

My iPhone 7 has this issue repeatedly. I have actually resulted in setting alarms on non iOS 10 devices (including Android) because it is not restricted to just my 7. When this happens, Ringtones and other audible alerts stop working on my devices. I have to reboot it to resolve.

Quite frustrating as I assumed this would go away in iOS 10.0.1, however this still happens in 10.2 Beta 3 .
