All iPhone 13 Pro Models Facing Up to One-Month Delay in Shipments in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom

Have an Oct. 8th to Oct. 18th estimate for my Pro Max. No updates or “preparing to ship” yet so I’m guessing it won’t be the 8th..

The real reason is that a certain display manufacturer partner has an issue producing the LPTO Displays still (still an improvement from yield ratio last year). There are too many displays that have a half red tint on the right side or an overly red tint (degrades color accuracy, white balance, and contrast).

The delay is to give Apple time to send enough phones back to production to fix or replace the displays. If you have a G serial number, the screen is generally a fixed one. If you have a J serial number, it’s likely an original version of the LPTO display.

Since 2007 Apple has released an iPhone every year, and every year it’s in high demand. I consider Apple and all of their employees responsible for supply and demand to be very intelligent. How are they this clueless after all these years not to have produced enough supply? It really is laughable that we hear this same story every year about low stock. That tells me either they are clueless, or every year Apple loves to “fake” run out of stock to drive up the hype.

Just get your order in now. I ordered the PM last weekend, and delivery is showing 10/26 - 11/2. The other day it showed 11/3 - 11/10. I’m planning on upgrading next year as well because it just ends up costing about $1 per day to do this.
 
I pre ordered a blue one and on the 24th when I went to the Apple store I picked up a graphite one too. I think if you want one just keep checking the stores.

Well….my partner ordered his 13 Pro Max via Sprint/T-Mobile on Tuesday afternoon of this week and it was delivered the next day. So there!
 
Trying to buy an iPhone 13 for the wife through Best Buy and none of the locations in my area have any in stock no matter the color or storage capacity.
 
The iPhone 13 Pro Max is really nice. I played with it at the store, will post my review soon.
 
FWIW, I ordered my Sierra Blue Pro 256 from Verizon on Tuesday (it said backordered until the 15th) and it got here yesterday with free 2-day shipping. 🤷‍♂️
 
my iphone6splus finally died after about 5 or 6 years. it had such a horrible battery. I had to charge it like 4-5 or more times a day.
I just ordered iphone13pro 2 days ago and estimated arrival is Nov 4
 
Literally the first day, the 24th, I went to a Best Buy just to see it in person. A lot of places even closed the reservations because they had too much people waiting, so I literally wasn't able to even reserve one.

So i was in this best buy the first day, a girl asked me if I needed something and I said "no thank you, I was just looking for the 13 pro" and she replied "ah you want buy one" and me "just check one, I know I can't buy one now"

And she said "let me check. Ah we have one for any models, what do you want"
Me confused:"black 256gb?"
"Sure there it is, have a nice day"

Me: O_O

In China have been numerous reports of industrial power shortages in several provinces. Some factories had to stop working - including suppliers to Apple and Tesla.
 
Periodically checked everyday this week for instore pick up! No way I was going to wait a 1 month+. It was available multiple times but I wasn't quick enough to check out until today!

Every time I see one of these articles on shipping delays, I want to send another shout out to UPS for losing my pre-order and sending me to the back end of a 5-6 week delay. Thanks guys! You're awesome!

This. I got to the winter with my 7 and said screw it, I’m hanging on till September. The random crashes and awful battery had me second guessing for a while, though! Glad I waited and was able to experience launch day 🙂
 
I ordered an iPhone 13 pro max Monday Vodaphone spec’d 10 days for delivery, Carphone warehouse has a deal for four times the data and one less year contract for £4 more a month, a no brainier but delivery is nov.2nd.

The no notch is only a rumor, and considering the work put into shrinking it this year, I’ll believe it when I see it. TBH the hole punch doesn’t look all that appealing to me either, I’ll always be asking myself if I really take enough selfies to justify this hole in my screen ;) So when Apple does finally remove the notch it should be when the under-screen camera is ready.
