T-Mobile doesn't have any type of trade in program? Some carriers will allow you to trade in your old phone for the new one once you've paid half on it. With a two year payment schedule this happens after a year. Of course I think you have to pay taxes upfront so there might be a hundred or so out of pocket at the time of the trade.I have XS Max and I usually upgrade, but due to the ridiculous amount of a down payment t-mobile wants for the pro, 256gb I’m waiting. Yes the battery and camera sound nice, but for now I’ll wait and pay off the rest of my phone.

My reason is I like the new phone? The low light photography feature interests me but I doubt I'll use it much.Okay. But if it isn't for any specific reason(s), then you are going to change phones for the sake of simply buying something new. That's a terrible reason to upgrade your phone IMO.
