i just love paula's little speech afterwards, how she wanted to squeeze him and rip his head off and hang him from her rearview mirror, lol.

seriously though, i will be absolutely shocked if he's not the winner. he and ramiele will be there until the end.

He should be. I really do think he deserves to win it.
 
Why do the judges love Michael Johns? I don't get it at all.

Archuleta was ok tonight, not terrific.

My guess is Luke Minard and Chikese are going home this week.
 
michael johns needs to go, he looks like a giant among little kids, and he's not all that great.

i can't stand danny noriega, but i have a feeling he's got a following and will be around for a little while.

david hernandez and luke menard are both too bland and will be gone soon. not that they're bad (nobody up there is "bad") they just don't have enough to stand out. plus luke sounds like a singing waiter on a cruise ship.

david cook is also a little bland, but he's got enough funk to stick around for a little bit.

chikezie is good and has that charm that will keep him around a while.

david archuleta is still the one to beat, jason castro isn't going anywhere either. jason's got that cute ditzy look on his face that makes him likable.

i hope i covered everyone! haha.

This kid is so born to sing it's almost disgusting. I've never seen that kind of natural talent on Idol before. He got a huge standing ovation and it was well deserved. Every once in while, someone like this shows up in the world. We should all pay attention.

Yeah, well I am a guys so... I just can't say that I think he is cute... Sorry... However, here in Utah, all they can talk about is this guy. I thought it was just us until all of these blogs came out. Yes, he is a good singer, but he reminds me too much of an annoying kid I once knew. All in all, I think that he will win.
 
I don't think Jason Castro is going anywhere either. Seems like girls in the 12 year old age range love him where I think David Archuleta is getting the older vote.
 
David Archuleta is very good! I think he will win American Idol. The guy with the dreadlocks is very good too(forgot his name!) I also like Asia'h Epperson she's very good too and I like Alaina Whitaker, but she got voted off last week :(

he was talking about a dred falling out on a date, lmao.

he just seems naive and ditzy, doesn't strike me as a stoner. but hey, i've been wrong in the past.

although i must say, i'm soo curious what he would look like with normal hair.
 
Not to offend anyone but the rather flamboyant fellow makes me uncomfortable to watch even in my own home!

danny noriega? he's a tool, i can't wait for him to be gone. he's way too cocky and full of himself. he's good, but i can't get past the attitude.
 
Danny Noriega can't win it. He will probably make the top 12 but look for him to go home early in the top 12.
 
Yeah I don't think Danny Noriega will win.

I 100% think David Archuleta is going to win and once again a new young American Idol, even younger than Jordin Sparks who won last year.
 
I think Danny Noriega should of stayed and Chikezie should of gone home.

i feel the opposite! i don't think that asia'h should have left, but when it came down to she and kristy, i'm glad kristy didn't go.

and i absolutely adore chikezie! <3

Yeah you're right. Kristy was a little better than Asia'h. But still, someone else should of left but all the girls were good, I can't lie. Chikezie is good to, I just think Danny should of stayed good.

It's just a hard year for them I guess. They are ALL good!
 
all the girls were great, it was tough to say who would go. i knew kady was gone, but i had no idea who the other would be.

for the boys, i knew for sure luke was gone, and i had a few other ideas, but i never thought it would be danny! i thought david hernandez doomed himself with this week's stripper news. when it got down to danny and chikezie, i was crossing my fingers for chikezie but i thought for sure danny would stay. i seriously cheered and clapped in my living room when he said chikezie was safe.
 
I don't know what to say anymore. I'm speechless. I can't believe Alaina Whitaker left last week and today Asia'h. They were both really good! I hope they go far!
 
I think David is a wonderful singer and I hope he wins but.... he murdered that song.

Imagine is such a great song that no one should be aloud to sing it. Call me a bitch but I thought his performace of Imagine was almost as bad as the Maroon 5 version of Happy Xmas (War Is Over).

That's just my honest opinion.

I agree with you 100%. I don't think America wants this to be their "idol"
