my claim...

I just checked and my status says...

"Claim Number : xxxxxxx
Status : Claim Paid

For information on the status of your Purchase Protection Plan, please contact the Customer Service Department at 800-322-1277"

But upon checking my statement, I haven't received any refund. Anyone else have this problem?
 
Amex provided me with a $100 + tax credit today. Coupled with the Apple credit, I have been made whole and I am very happy.

Yeah, I received an email last week telling me the claim was paid but I haven't seen it on my online statement yet.
 
Got my refund of $100 + tax today

Filed claim via the 800 number on 9/8.
Got e-mail today, 9/24, that a refund of $100 + tax will be refunded to my account.
Web status still says pending but last status update was 9/22. I'm not worry.

My card is AMEX Platinum Cash Rebate (Costco), member since 2000.

I bought 4 phones on 6/29 with my centurion. I got 4x$216 credit within 24 hours credited as GOODWILL CREDIT. Way to go Amex!
 
Just got my refund of $108.50. I bought my iPhone on 6/29 and I called AMEX on 9/6. I have a Gold Delta AMEX and have been a member since 2003. I didn't get a call or an email, so just keep checking...
 
Received a "Goodwill Credit" of $108.50 yesterday as well on AmEx Blue. Couple that with a cashback bonus of $140 paid two weeks ago and I'm a happy camper!
 
Mine just changed to "updated 9/21". I filed within first 2 days that we are able to and it now says:

Pending still claiming awaiting the following documents:

And then there is nothing in the area describing the documents needed... I called up and all they could tell me was that it is still pending... I have a blue card..

Very weird...
 
Mine was the same way...it said "Updated 9/22" but still pending. However, yesterday afternoon I got an email from AMEX for the 100 credit. This morning, the claim was updated online to say "Paid"...so give it some time.
