Analysis of the "1" notification on the iPhone icon

I dont believe the 1 has anything to do with there only being one iphone. IMO by doing that Apple is saying that at some point there were 2. Apple isnt the type of company that would admit a mistake like that even if it is cryptic. I believe it has to do with it being a World Phone.
I think the 4.2" screen size rumors are true. Apple has to update its screen size at some point, and i doubt they will want to do it again after that for quite some times(another 5yrs or so)
So i really doubt they will go to a 4" screen when everything seemingly coming out in the future is going to be 4.5 or 5" screens. A 4.2" puts them in that sweetspot zone that most people would be happy with.

That's obviously not the case- the iOS event happened months ago, and the invite spells out what they want to talk about.
Wow I read maybe the first page and skipped ahead and read this. I honestly laughed. How can a speculation thread on a picture lead to that?

If you step outside the box and think about it, (and not take any previous models into consideration). It would mean a NEW Iphone 5 for the company (and its customers). No hidden meaning. No over thinking. Its right there in front of you....... I think.

Since the "1" is on top of the phone symbol, I think it means there will be "1" new feature discussed - voice recognition.

Yes, but my impression is that "let's talk iPhone" references voice recognition.
I think there would have been a comma if they were referencing that.
"Let's talk iPhone." just means let's talk about iPhone.
"Let's talk, iPhone." means that you want to talk TO the iPhone.
