Yea I have tracking number. It will deliver on Friday. It may help that I work their and my order was placed in store through our Oms system and I had placed an order for one that I knew the main warehouse had.

I cancelled my BB order. This morning target.com had the 42mm SB SS sport in stock. I ordered at 11:30am, got shipping notice email at 4:30pm, watch will be delivered tomorrow. Everyone seems to be getting stock except BB.

Best Buy has given up on the preorders... They have started shipping orders to stores and have completely written off preorders. Its a complete lack of customer service. I walked into a best buy picked up an apple watch and canceled my preorder...

I would recommend watching your local store on Best Buy's website for updated stock. That's how I scored my new Apple Watch today. At this point I don't trust Best Buy to ship the preorders by the 28th.
For those that got the $50 "I'm sorry" promo code, is it contingent on completing the Apple Watch pre-order? I went ahead and used the $50, but there's an AW available at my closest Apple Store now, and I'm really feeling that the 9/28 date isn't going to hold. The wording they gave: "on or around this date, depending on your location." doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling. If I end up cancelling the AW, will they deduct the $50 somehow?
Also, there's this statement in the fine print of the promo code: "Promotional code cannot be replaced if it is lost, stolen, or if you cancel or return your order". Which order is that referring to?

I used the $50 and canceled my order... no issues. My brother did the same thing no issues... I also have read on reddit not a single person has had an issue.

You guys are making me jealous. Here in New Zealand No stores at all have any stock. Absolutely zero. With the offical Apple website listing 3-5 weeks for shipping.

Problem is stock of series 2 has not reached the greater Pacific Northwest it seems :/

That annoying moment when there is one in my hometown, but not college town. Would probably be quicker to have my parents pick it up and ship it here. If it weren't for the fact that I had saved a lot of reward points at Best Buy just for this watch and I get another 6% back in rewards, I would've strongly considered preordering through Apple. At least Best Buy has shown excellent customer service to me in the past and I used their $50.
Here is my issue. I used a 10% Movers Best Buy coupon on my watch. Saved $50 off the SBSS S2 so cancelling would be stupid. Plus with the $50 certificate we got. Problem is I'm going on vacation on the 28th. I won't be here when it delivers to my work. I'm hoping we get it sooner obviously.
Hmmmm....I'll have to try that. I really want my watch (Silver SS) to ship!

So apparently Walmart.com has the 42mm aluminum space black series 2 in stock to ship and arrive tomorrow. I just ordered one. I had a preorder at Best Buy. I'll wait until it ships to cancel Best Buy.

Just placed the order through Walmart, for in store pickup. That way, if the Best Buy order ships before it arrived at Walmart, I can just not pick up the Walmart order.

New to the forums and have been lurking...my husband originally placed a pre-order with Best Buy that he ended up canceling (he ultimately went with a Series 1 watch from the Apple Store). So now I'm the one with the Best Buy pre-order for a silver Series 2 with white sport band. We had $15 in rewards + the $50 "I'm sorry" gift card from Best Buy (which applied to the order just find despite the original pre-order being canceled), so I'm really trying to stick it out and wait for this to go through. I have a back-up order placed with Apple in case Best Buy has another issue, but my Apple order isn't due to ship until late October/early November.
What kills me is that I woke up at 3AM EST on September 9 to pre-order, but ended up changing my mind. I wish I'd through things through a little better!!

Haha...me too. I'm waiting for the first person to say that they just received an email indicating that their order shipped!
Not to make excuses, but the online BB store and B&M BB store are two separate entities that barely touch (returns/pickups) which is why those touching pieces tend to be slow and sucky. The two have separate supply chains and don't check with each other on who should get it "first" ....

I have 3 Apple Stores near me and I check the app multiple timesdaily to see if I can pick up in store...that option hasn't popped up yet. 🙁
So the question seems to be, who at Best Buy pissed off Apple?
