Any Best Buy orders updated?

I was actually wondering the same thing. Was/is it the discounts they always put on apple products?

Kind of like the NFL and ESPN. ESPN ran some less than favorable stuff on the NFL, yet they hold the rights to Monday night games. Last few years the Monday night games have been poor compared to the Sunday and Thursday night games.
 
For those who ordered from Walmart - I noticed their descriptions and pictures were backwards. They showed the sports band with the description of nylon and vice versa. The part number listed for both was the sport band. I chatted with Walmart and they are fixing the site but it is not clear to me which one I am getting. Oh boy- should have known Walmart would screw it up too.

I knew it was too good to be true I doubt people will get their watches tomorrow congratulations if they do but I passed on Walmart to avoid any disappointments

If people paid for the shipping, they should get it. I avoid Walmart retail stores, but I find their online store to be just fine.

If it doesn't arrive as estimated, get the shipping charge credited.

Walmart is huge, so it's likely they can meet the quoted time.

It seems that Best Buy is the only one really struggling.
 
My Walmart overnight order is already showing up in my FedEx profile; delivery schedule for tomorrow.
 
Still show store pickup as "coming soon" on BestBuy.com. I think the issue with shipping, if they indeed have them in stock for online buyers, is that they changed the actual release date in their system to 9/28, so they're not going to ship earlier than a date that'll have 9/28 as the arrival. I'm not going to be entirely concerned until 9/27 passes with no shipping notification.

Not mine. Been sitting at processing since the 9th. Annoying as I am out of town on 28th til that Friday and was hoping it came sooner although I have doubts it will even ship next week.
 
Right now, all we can do is wait. Apple's stock on watches is as scarce as the phones. I hope they get a batch in on Friday or Monday.
 
Ordered SS 42 on apple.com, also ordered on best buy.com, both scheduled to arrive Sept 28-30.
Apple one is here, Best buy not even prepping for ship do i sell the apple one for a little profit and wait for the best buy one?

What kills me is that I woke up at 3AM EST on September 9 to pre-order, but ended up changing my mind. I wish I'd through things through a little better!!

I ordered at 3am and it didn't matter :(
[doublepost=1474579575][/doublepost]I feel like the most annoying part about all of this is that they are selling them in the stores, while the pre-orders aren't being fulfilled. Other than that, I would have only been slightly upset that it got delayed a little.

I was on chat with one of the BB reps.

I told her about how Target and other Retail Stores are able to fufill orders for the AWS2.

She just apologized.

Also she told me they are opening more slots for pre orders.

I asked her why?

They should not take any more pre orders until the current ones are fulfilled.

So I say again dont get your hopes up for Sept 28th delivery date.

FWIW, I went to best buy to trade in my S0 yesterday and asked if they would have S2, the guys at BB said they dont know when will they get them, and they dont come from that one giant container every few days, Apple ships them via UPS to store directly and they dont know whats in the shipment until they open them/
 
Just ordered a SS Milanese 42. It says I will get it the 28th. I won't hold my breath. The first few times I tried to order it via the app online it told me not ready yet for my location but the 3rd time I did it through the website internet and that was the charm. I will update if it shows progress.
 
Well now that our phones showed up finally its time for Best Buy to get this ball rolling.
 
I emailed customer service to complain. The reply doesn't make much sense and I am not sure I will be getting my watch on the 28th...

We do apologize if this estimated arrival date of this order was moved. That is actually something to do with the availability of the order.

That is how its through this whole process i think.

Either a spot opened up because someone cancelled their pre order or best buy is adding more slots as a BB rep told me.

But they are not changing the dates of "expected" delivery from the 28th.

Even if you order today you still get the 28th date.

But yeah always take info from their customer rep with a grain of salt.

Only thing that would make this worse is if they change the street date to December (doubtful but never know lol)
 
This is horrific! Just got off the phone with a rep from Best Buy. I was informed that some people will be getting emails indicating that their orders will not ship until late October.

They tell you when the emails will be sent out? Probably next Monday.

I wonder if they'll include another $50 certificate.
