i call fake, why would the photo just surface now still with 4.1

Upgrade iOS you have to connect to Apple. If i had an iPhone that didn't "exist," I'd probably be worried about some DHD function notifying Apple of its location. Apple with lots of money and lawyers...not something most people want to tangle with.

DHD - dial home device. Stargate SG1 reference.

Yes, it really annoys me too. I could use (and justify!) 128GB today, but 64GB would be a big help.

Yeah, had a ****** storm or an argument already in this thread that really amounted to nothing, but I agree, I have ~90GB of music that I was used to carrying around for years with my iPod and just seems weird that people are resistant to having more capacity. I wonder if they hate massive storage in general or just on devices that are supposed to fulfill a variety of functions.

... but 64GB for a phone is a little high.

Why? Because you say so?

Its good to have the option but you sure wont be able to view/play/listen to all that media at one time.;)

Do you even know why we have storage? You completely miss the point. You couldn't even listen to two songs at one time, and most people don't listen to more than maybe an hour of music on any given day, much less 10000 hours of music.

It's about having it all there so that whenever, wherever you are, you can consume whatever media you own without having to plan ahead. You can choose, and you don't have to constantly sync your iPhone to shuffle stuff in and out.

If you have less than 30 gigs of stuff, good for you. You can already fit it all on the largest iPhone. But those who have 60 gigs have to leave a lot of stuff out, possibly some of their favorite artists or videos.

A 64 gb iPhone would serve these. A 128 gb iPhone would yet again serve those who have even more.

Other things equal, more storage is always better. Nothing is too much. Besides, you get to choose if you want to buy that model anyway.

It always baffles me how some people apparently are against the advancement of technology. Everything is good enough, nothing must change! It's too high, it will never be needed! Reminds me of a Bill Gates quote from the 80's.

Is that ok with you or freedom of speech is not available in your country?
No, I dont know why or what storage is.
Get a life....

The Freudian term would be music library envy? :D

I seriously wonder if some people don't want to end up not owning the top capacity iPhone, but can't justify it.

What a random thing to make a veiled mockery of.... Anyway, I've been buying music for the past 20 years, not really suprising that I've amassed a fair amount, and far less than many I know. I'd rather own my music that be dependent on subscription or streaming services, and get devices that will most closely fit my needs. If you need to justify your purchases to yourself, that's your problem. I also wonder how many people here complaining about larger capacity actually listen to a variety music on a regular basis and not just whatever Bieber/Gaga hit is popular at the moment. Maybe they just need to justify their lack of taste and variety.

I think I'm in the same position others are here. I have more than 32 gigs of music. It doesn' fit on my Iphone as of right now. Do I need to carry almost 5000 songs with me at all times? Of course not, but I hate when I'm in the mood for something different but come to find out it isn't on my Iphone right now. It would just be nice to be able to sync everything and not have to worry about making a playlist with a limited amount of music on it.

I do believe a 64GB iPhone should be released this summer, very much needed now with all the apps and pictures and HD video

I haven't even argued that point because it's not really my cup of tea, but with apps easily topping a GB these days and the ability to shoot HD makes the need formore storage a no brainer.
