i only get to play about an hour when my kids are at school, i work graveyard so i sleep during the day and try and wake up an hour before kids get home from school, then try and hang with them and make sure all chores get done lol so im still garbage lol

You know what? Days Gone is a good game.

The only reason I haven't played much is because I seem to have gone off of gaming. However, I think it's a good game, so it's a shame it was knocked by reviews. As it goes, I swear I saw on social media the other day (I think YouTube?) that a sequel is in development?

Ragnarok, I got a good few levels in. I really do not think it's as good as the first one, but I may revisit it.

Happy gaming, my friend 👍🏼.

Days Gone recently got remastered for the PS5, but nothing on a sequel.

And happy gaming to you :)

But is Days Gone really that good? Isn’t it very “Ubisoft” in the sense that it overwhelms you with an insane amount of objects/missions/abilities?

If it’s not that type of game, and it has a PS5 Pro Patch, I may end up getting it on a sale.

Nah, isn't full of "filler content" like Ubisoft games. Has a cool story and unique elements. It's a PS4-game originaly so won't get a PS5 Pro patch but that doesn't really matter as the PS5 Pro is overpowered to run it.

Actually, I just saw there’s a remastered version (on sale now) of Days Gone which is indeed enhanced for PS5 Pro! Although it is currently at 37€ so maybe I’ll wait for it to be cheaper… but I’ll get it.

You're right! Didn't know that, just thought it was remastered for the PS5 without any Pro Enhancements. The upgrade is €10 here. Weird that the upgrade isn't discounted. Added it to my wishlist and I'll play the game again when I can buy the upgrade for €5 (or less).

My PS5 controller collection just increased ... by 1.5!

I just finished the Battlefield 6 campaign.

Really enjoyed it.

Deciding what to play next?

TLOU Part 2? I completed Part one on both PS3, and PS4.

I loved 1 and thought that 2 was a miserable experience.

To be honest, I started 2 a while ago, but ceased with it, because I wasn’t in the mood for an open world.

As I’ve become older, I prefer linear games. I just want the story to be delivered to me, on a tight basis.

Am I being too demanding?

tbh, I didn't get the open world feel from TLOU2. The area you're referring to seems enormous at first but there are only a couple of points you need to reach in it to advance the story. After that it seemed pretty linear.

Thanks for the info.

I bought a physical copy a long time ago, but now it’s available digitally, via PS+. That’s why I’m considering tackling it again.

By the way, just bought a Backbone Pro, for my 17PM. Can you recommend any good games?

Happy gaming 👍🏼.
