Are you referring to me? Because it's ironic that you accuse me of failing to read, while simultaneously ACTUALLY failing to read & comprehend my post.
I did not suggest you get the Magic Keyboard to make your iPad more like a laptop. People who talk about the "iPad as laptop replacement" don't understand technology any better than a toddler anyway.
I said that - among other benefits - the Magic Keyboard is a great STAND for your iPad. Or were you planning on just laying it on your counter while you crane your neck over it?
Have you ever even held an iPad? do you know how slim, slick, and slippery they are? How are you going to prop it up so you can do anything on it?
Also; how do you plan on inputting any data into your ipad? URLs, logins for streaming, email accts, etc.? You never plan to send a single text? Jot down a note?
Countless, countless reasons where a keyboard makes the iPad exponentially faster, easier, and more convenient.
I never said a thing about trying to shoehorn it into being a "laptop replacement"
And IDK where all this stuff about Japanese Yen came from. You asked for advice on an iPad and I gave it to you. If you are so budget conscious, why are you even contemplating an M5 iPad to begin with? That's a top-tier / flagship device. Maybe you should stick with the air or android.
That's great if a MBP is the same price as a decked out iPad pro....... but what's that got to do with the price of tea in china? Or Japan, as it were..... MBP doesn't have a touch screen, it isn't a tablet, it has a permanently attached keyboard, and it runs an entirely different OS. Clearly stuff like this needs to be explained to you. 😅
You can also buy for ~400,000.00 JPY, a fancy TOTO Neorest or Panasonic A La Uno smart toilet.
You can get a museum grade Katana.
An I'm sure a lot of other cool stuff for 400k JPY, none of which have anything to do with the iPad comparing in price to the MBP. You asked for iPad advice, I incorrectly gave it to you.
Whatever dude, Have a nice day. 🤣🤣
