Any way to TURN OFF Siri's STUPID comments?

Fun at first, but getting really old now. "The suspense is killing me" every third time i set a short counter...come on. Ive heard it about 300 times now, enough already Siri.
I dont mind "fun" Siri, but when she acts like that person who just doesn't know when a joke is getting old - thats a flaw imo.

It's funny...the frustration Siri causes that is. It's so first world, but I get it. Almost troll-like by Apple.
Ask Siri to tell you a joke. I think she's got heaps of them to cheer you up....maybe.

I don’t understand how with machine learning can they not improve Siri to always be different and updated.

I think the flaw is that Apple is assuming one is always in a cheerful mood when using Siri.
Siri's sense of humor has never caused me the upset that I am reading from some members, here.

My cheerful mood ends with the puerile additions to the data I requested from Siri. The fact that Siri doesn't have a professional tone mode reflects poorly on Apple.
The flaw is that siri is worthless. she can only set timers, reminders, and call people. Ask her an actual question like how many oz's in a cup, she responds here's what I have found, with 10 websites that are irrelevant. just answer the f**king question!

Someone needs to take his meds Siri needs work we know that, Apple knows that, God knows that and believe me work is getting done on it.
I use Siri every single day for dictation and other tasks. It does have its downfalls with certain questions producing results. I would say the majority use Siri for basic tasks as it is anyways for HomePod controls, CarPlay, HomeKit, AirPod controls, Apple Watch dictation, etc. Those all work really well. Is Siri is advanced as Google voice? No. But I also can’t imagine a day where I don’t use Siri amongst my other Apple products. Perhaps I’m one that just appreciates even having artificial intelligence in general to convenience me.
I agree with BurgDog, its okay to be serious sometimes and that doesn't mean that your a miserable party guest. Siri should have more options, including turning off jokes and commentary. Sometimes its better to have things be genuine and i believe that AI is one of those. Rather than trying to "humanize" it by adding the jokes and banter, it would be better to have Siri simply be a helpful and efficient robot.
If I hired a personal assistant that used similar banter I would tell them to stop. If they did not, they would be fired.
In this case i am very close to firing Siri.
