Anyone camping out tonight for their iPhone 4 tomorrow at AT&T?

I don't think you'll have a problem, but I'd call AT&T now just in case and ask.
I went by my local store for a case for mine just a few hours ago and he said to check back late afternoon after 5pm because thats when they are getting all the iPhones and cases in for the next day. He said I could buy a case if it comes in. I hope they get some bumpers.
No one from Kentucky gonna be at AT&T? Great. I'll be there around 3 a.m., hopefully buy it around 7 a.m., then going to work for 8 hours drooling on it 'til I can get home and put apps and whatnot on it. Or maybe I'll just take my MBP with me and do that while at work..
Yeah, Id talk to your AT&T store if I were anyone in this thread. Saturday, my store stated that they werent sure theyd have walk-ins for Tuesday. Anyway, dont make the mistake of assuming something, and then finding out you wasted your time.

If I don't get one then I'll just wait for an email from Apple or call from BB, whoever contacts me first. Though, I'll be coming home & getting laughed at from my roommate's for striking out again.

im in South Charlotte, but no worries, i tried callin about half the bestbuys in charrlotte the apple story an others to try to track one down, i gave up an just ordered from Apple.com, few week wait.
Does anyone know if Apple stores are keeping them in stock? Didn't want to start a thread for that. Are you guys camping because there is no Apple store near you or because the phone is that hard to find?
Tell me about it. I've been asked by my coworkers everyday since Thursday if I've gotten a new iPhone yet.
I just called two AT&T stores in my area, one said that all the stores will be getting the same amount of phones in and the other one said they expect to be very, very busy.
Hmmm. I'd just planned to stop by on my way to work since I figured all the hoopla had died down from last week. Looks like I might be wrong.
If I don't score one tomorrow, I might just wait for the white ones to come out. I kind of want one of those anyway, and by that time maybe they'll have all these reception issues fixed.

I'm in Boston so I'm hoping that one of the many AT&T stores will have them in stock so I can get it after work tomorrow. Can't camp. I have work in the morning.

Haha! I'm in the same boat, waiting for Apple or BB. Except my roommate (wife) is expecting me to get one for her too!
So here is the deal. I went to an AT&T store Sunday and the guy said they were taking $50 nonrefundable deposits, that go towards the final price, for preorders. He said they were going to place an order Tuesday for everyone that reserved a phone, for $50. He didn't say anything about get a shipment in Tuesday. After seeing this thread I called another AT&T store and the lady said they were getting a lot in but the $50 deposit I placed at the other store would not transfer to their store. I have tried calling the store I placed the deposit at to ask if they are getting any in tomorrow but I can't get through. Anyway, should I just wait for the one store to get a new shipment in? How long does Apple shipping take, three or four days? The other option is to just say screw the $50 and go wait in line at the store that is getting a shipment in tomorrow. My biggest concern is having to wait for a couple of weeks to get a phone when essentially I could just go wait in line for a while and get one tomorrow. Sooo any advice?
Same story .. lol ... but I am refusing camping at 90F with 100% humidity it's a killer. Conditioner died today for 30 mins in the office ... I almost died. No more thank you... I'll get to ATT around 6 and will see how it goes
I just spoke with the manager of the West Melbourne/Palm Bay corporate store. He said they have 30 on hand to sell in the morning, with another "couple hundred" coming around lunch. After the sell out of the 30, they'll be issuing tickets to pick one up that afternoon. So at least at our location, if you're not in the initial 30, you'll still be able to get one tomorrow!
