Hey sorry for not responding sooner, just wanted to update everyone. Everything will be in the mail as of today. My paypal is davelikesdinos@gmail.com if you wanna chuck shipping back; I believe the charges should all be on the packages themselves.
Also, I believe I was diligent and everything that needs a serial has one on the CD/DVD and/or slipcase, but if they don't PM me and I'll send you them. There were a lot of discs.
Welcome to MR! I see you literally just joined, so I wanted to welcome you. Do you collect PPC macs?
Thanks for the welcome.
I'm starting now to collect PPC Macs.
I bought an iBook G4 12 inch mid 2005 and I love it.
Next step is an iSight and after an PPC Mac Mini for my "home cinema".
Very nice! I, too, have a iBook 12in from Mid 2005, 1.33GHz and 1GB of RAM to be exact. The iSight is an awesome accessory, and I'm sure other users who own it can tell you more about it. The Mac Mini might be slightly underpowered to be a "home cinema", however a Cord Duo or Core 2 Duo Mac Mini would probably be more modern, powerful, and suitable. That being said, the G4 Mini could come in handy as well so if I were you, I would still get that even if you get a CD or C2D Mac Mini.
Hello, thanks for the reply and tips.
My iBook is almost the same, the only difference is that I have 1,5GB of RAM, being honest I installed the 1GB DDR two hours ago, and going from 512MB to 1,5GB I already saw a overall better performance. It's been one week since I bought the iBook, and I use it more than my desktop computer with C2Q
I found one iSight with a good price, so I will buy it.
About the Mac Mini, the prices in my contry are a little "expensive" because of taxes and other stuff, so is hard to find an Core with a acceptable price, but I found one Core Solo with a good price.
It was hard to find the iBook, I saw many G3 and others PCC below 1Ghz with the same price of the iBook mid 2005, so... I need to look all over web to find good prices on my country.
Well, I won't know for a hour or so yet myselfAww... Everyone got it in the mail but me...
The whole eastern side of the US is snowed in right now. That might be a big factor.USPS sucks really does suck. I don't mind waiting, but they take so long to send stuff. My hard drives from BunnSpecial are still "departing Kentucky" and it's going to be 2 days after delivery date tomorrow.

I never had an issue with USPS. In light of the recent snow storm, the USPS has been backed up and is working through it. When shipping, you have a choice. Do you want the package to get there affordably and in good shape (USPS), in good shape but more costly (FedEx), or get there with a forklift driven through the side of the box causing damage to the leg of my Apple Studio Display (UPS)?

I've actually recently really come to appreciate Fed-Ex.
The main reason is that I can have packages delivered(at no charge) to the Fedex/Kinkos that's about a half mile from work. The packages usually show up at 10:00 or 11:00 in the morning, and I can go grab them when I get a chance. This beats the heck out of having them sit out on the porch all day, or even worse having to go to a different Fed-Ex office a long way out of my way to pick them up for things that require a signature..
Mine haven't arrived yet either.. lol

I love FedEx, being that they are actually on time and very secure. I've only had one thing come from UPS (my HP to be exact) and I had no problems. USPS is secure and the packages and service are good, but the times to get to here and the paths these packages that are crazy. Besides this, I don't have a problem with USPS, FedEx, or UPS. FedEx, hands down, is the best of the three. I've never used DHL before, so can't speak on their behalf. Also, someone mentioned the snow here in the Northeast. It shouldn't be a problem anymore since where I live is mostly all melted. However, that may be a different story at the USPS hub in Kentucky, idk. I'm guessing I'll get the disks tomorrow, and as for my hard drives, I don't think they will get to and through Kerney, NJ (the hub for USPS) and to my town's post office and out to me in a matter of 12hrs for tomorrow. However, it could be a miracle and I get everything tomorrow and then everything works out fine, but I'm not having high hopes for that scenario.
