Anyone still "Preparing for Shipment"?

Same date and place.
If I remember correctly, when I pre-ordered the iPad 3 last March, it stayed in "Preparing for shipment" until the night before when I got a tracking number that said it was in Concord, ON (UPS delivery centre). So I'm not sweating it.

I was dropping off packages at FedEx this morning and the lady helping me answered a phone call........about iPhone tracking haha.

No, they did not call. They did the tracking. Please refer to the multiple threads that tell you how to figure it out, maybe.

Still in preparing for shipment after two days of changing from processing. I ordered from Apple at 12:15pst/1:15gmt. I'm not toooo worried since I think the more earlier preorders are from iPhones that are already in the US and the later onces are shipping from overseas. I'm also in the southwest-ish area, so I think mine might be going through FedEx. Up until today my account had a pending charge for it then it was completely taken off today, I suspect the charge will go back on once it actually ships.
Shipping to Boston (about as East Coast as it gets), and mine is still preparing for shipment. However, when I use the UPS.com track by reference feature it says mine is already on its way out of Anchorage. WTF Apple?
What part is hard to believe? My order status or the fact I'm gonna put my foot in peoples' asses? Both statements are true.
Second that (err, third, I guess). I just check UPS and mine got into Nashville earlier this morning, yet I haven't received an email from Apple and the status is still "preparing for shipment."
Mine also says it left Anchorage at 1am local time (5am EST), but hasn't checked in since. Where is it going that takes ~11 hours to get there? Australia?
Mine arrived in the US at 1:03am yesterday and I'm guessing that was Anchorage. Weird though since I thought I checked UPS's website and they couldn't find my order. It arrived in Nashville at 12:45am today. That's almost a 24 hour difference and yours' isn't even half that time yet, just give it a while longer.

Like it took off from Anchorage at 1:03 and checked into Nashville at 12:45am? The only reason why its weird is because it seems like its been in the air for almost 11 hours. Even with an extra hour for take off, and another for unloading, thats still 9 hours in the air.

Well it does say it left Anchorage at 12:58AM so I'm guessing it's in Louisville (it always seems my shipments get routed through there) and just hasn't been updated yet. Hopefully theres an update on location soon though.
I'm not sure if 1:03am is when it left Anchorage and it says "order processed: ready for UPS." Then at 12:45am today it was reported in Nashville and says: origin scan." Maybe your phone, and maybe mine went through this too, stayed there in Anchorage for a while and/or is chilling in Nashville for a bit before being scanned.
