I've recently come to the conclusion that for me and my needs the 6+ is too big as well. I may end up selling this bad boy on Swappa, use a phone I have already in my possession until the 6s comes out.

My reasons are fairly simple, while I absolutely love the battery life and large display, it is awkwardly large especially in the pocket. I still need to take off my glasses to read and use the phone, something that I was hoping to avoid.

Its a great phone but I think something a bit smaller may work better for me.

I'm meeting with a gentleman tomorrow to swap my 64GB 6+ for 128GB 6. I like the 6+, but as stated before just too big for me at times. Hard to use with one hand when needed most times. Has the tendency to slip out of my hand, even with a case on, at the craziest times. Looking forward to swapping out especially with more space.

I didn't have a 6+, but instead went to a 5.5" One Plus One Android phone for about 4 months.

After I decided Android wasn't for me, I went with the 6 64GB, and not the 6+.

Although the 5.5" screen is nice, it's just too big to use one handed (particularly when I'm standing on the train). I have lots of other devices around me with bigger screens if I need them.

Started out with a 6 at launch. Was really great and everything but I always kind of wanted to try the 6 Plus so a few months in, I sold the 6 and got a 6 Plus (ended up having to go 150 dollars out of pocket to upgrade).

I've since gone back to the regular 6 once then again switched to the 6 Plus. This time I'll stick with the 6 Plus I think.

The thing that kind of annoys me about the 6 Plus is, obviously, the inability to use it one-handed and the way it feels in the pocket when sitting down sometimes.

But I could never go back to the regular 6 because the battery is pretty crap compared to the 6 Plus. Whereas my 6 would have 30% in the middle of the day, the 6 Plus would have 65%. I just love the reliability of the battery; when it comes to doing heavy tasks such as GPS usage (navigation, reminders) or graphics intensive (games, etc), I can do these things confidently that the battery can and will handle it.

I went to Miami last Christmas and was using Navigon on my 6 Plus all day every day and it would be at 20% at the end of the day. A 6 would simply not be able to last all day with the same use. Based on that alone, I refuse to drastically downgrade my battery life experience by going back to a regular 6, and I'm more than willing to accept the trade off of battery vs size convenience.

Regarding battery life while using a navigation program, I discovered that for Apple Maps, leaving the screen on consume significant more power than turning it off. The screen will automatically turn on before the next turn, then off again. That makes sense because the screen take a lot of power.

I am not sure if the same is true about Navigon. I own it but hadn't used it in a few years.

I understand the need for longer battery life. My battery on the 6 is about 40% at the end of the day, so I don't need anything with more battery life, but if I do, I would probably get a 6+ rather than a 6 and have to worry about running out of juice.

I went with 6+ at launch, swapped for a 6 a week later and never looked back. The 6+ was too big for my liking, 6 is a good size. The battery life of the 6+ was obviously very good, but not worth the cumbersome size. The 6 lasts all day for me.

Traded my 128gb iPhone 6 spacy grey today for a iPhone 6 plus 64gb space grey.

I am super happy because I was going to buy a mini ipad and now I have the both of both worlds.

I've had the 6 Plus since first week of October. Great device, killer screen, bottomless battery. But just too big. Even after 6 months I'm still carrying it instead of slipping it in my pants pocket.

I've now had an iPhone 6 for 48 hrs and I'm enjoying the palmability (is that a word?) and pocketability. But not as tiny as a iPhone 5-type device.

The negative is the battery -- while still good for a typical phone, it's not the bottomless battery of the 6 Plus.

Bottomless? I get 10 hours of usage from mine and charge it once a day without fail. The battery life is the best I've ever had, but not mindblowing.

That is a good deal! I forked over $110 paying full retail at apple store after selling my 6 128 to get a 6+ 64 back in November. But well worth it, I wanted the bigger iPhone once jailbreak came out.

It's pretty mind blowing to me. I've never had a phone that had anywhere near as good a battery life as the 6 plus. I often go two days without charging it and that is with heavy use. I don't have to worry about battery life anymore. I can even leave the house with 30% on a night out and know that it will last and that I can actually use it without worrying about it dying.

I get 10 hours of usage from mine and charge it when it reaches 1% every single evening. The battery life is the best I've ever had but the 11-12 hours I used to get up to iOS 8.1.1 was what I would consider excellent. Since 8.1.2 the battery life isn't as good as it was.

My trade was also a CL connection. Now Im happy again

A few days later after getting the 6 I said to myself that I should of gotten the plus. But I kept it and decided that I'll get the plus when the next iPhone drops

I did worst. I bought the 6, then got my husband the 6 plus and he didnt like it so he traded with me, 2 days later I returned the 6+ and got a regular 6 again. As soon as I couldnt return it again- I knew I wanted the plus again. So I debated 3 months until I posted an ad. Within 4 hours I had an individual about 45 miles away who wanted to trade. It was a seemless transaction - we met half way at a Verizon store.

Yes. I gave my boyfriend my 6+ and went for a 6. I loved the plus but I think in the end I'd rather just use a 6 as a phone and keep an iPad for surfing and games at home.

I originally bought the iPhone 6 and recently switched to the iPhone 6 plus. I sure won't switch back to the 6. I love the screen size and battery life. And for me the 6 plus fits in my pocket perfectly.

After contemplating for a couple weeks, I decided to put my iPhone 6 128GB White/Silver on craigslist for basically what I owed ATT for my Next plan. Owed $637, sold it about 2 hours later for $650. After paying off previous installment, I bought a 128GB White|Gold iPhone 6 plus... I usually buy white phones, but after having the white|gold, I'm seriously contemplating switching for the space gray (probably will keep the Gold though)..

I have large hands, but this phone definitely has a large feel to it. Keyboard seems to be spaced better for. One handed use is doable, but a bit stretched, but I don't mind using two hands for certain things. I think the biggest dilemma I have right now is what case to buy. I picked up a RED Apple Silicone case, but not sure what other case I may buy..

Had the 6 in Space Grey 64GB for 6 months and just got the 6 Plus 64GB in Silver just because!

I am really loving this battery life but still adjusting to this massive screen. We are only on day two though so I need to give myself some time.

Battery is still pretty good in the 6. The battery is better in the plus.

I did the same thing. My account had another upgrade on it, so I sold my 6 space gray and bought a 6 Plus silver 64GB. I love it so far, and I got used to the screen size after a few days. I can still use it with one hand and the battery life is of course fantastic. It's nice not to have to carry about a charger with me so the phone won't die after 7-8pm.
