Anyone's BTO shipped yet? What is the ship weight through the tracking #?

This is almost hilarious... I think this will be the last time I order directly from Apple's webstore, there has been many basic models in stores many days now. Next time I'll get one from there and update with custom SSD/memory.

I'm sorry man, but I'm going to have to be a hater! I purchased mine the day after the announcement. It's just the 15" 2.2i7 AG. Apple screwed up with the payment and I had to call them and see what the deal was. I got an email saying my CC was declined. I have a $10k limit on my cc! I called Discover and they said it was approved and it was pending on Apple's side. Apple said, ummm I don't know what happened. Anyhow I spent the extra $18 for expedited shipping and I'm not going to have it until the frekkin 8th of March! I'm glad you are getting your early, but I'm screwed without a laptop for a week and a half because Apple screwed up. Has this happened to anyone else, or am I just lucky?

Just got my 17" BTO Anti-Glare 7200RPM

Screen looks great! Except I have a fair a few scuff marks on the body where I guess a machine dug into the aluminum. My keyboard lights appear even though and I'm happy to have it here finally.

Shipping status as of last night March 2 from Shanghai

Expected Delivery by March 9

BTO options were the 2.3 GHz processor, High-Res Glossy, and the 7200RPM HDD.

Weight is 4.7kg or about 10.3 lbs

Don't know. Didn't saw shipping options while ordering (from iPhone) and haven't had any further delevery info. I guess it will be UPS for me (Netherlands). Maybe I call Apple tomorrow to ask if they have a tracking number for me.

Mine arrived today (in the uk) - one day ahead of the expected date - that's even with the day it waited in Germany. So pretty good really.

And the machine is incredibly fast. Just posted a geekbench score of 10300 (and that was with Windows installing in Parallels in the background) http://browse.geekbench.ca/geekbench2/view/370658
