Ours' are on the same one. Still not in Finland though and it's been many hours since leaving Langenhagen. Must be a ship/truck since a plane would have arrived already. There goes the hopes of getting the MBP on friday...
Well, mine still shows 9.3. by the end of the day, so should be happy with Monday I suppose.
Fedex international economy is the standard free shipping, IP is international priority which is the 2-3 day priority shipping.
There is no icon for *doing a little dance* but that is what I am doing at my desk right now. MBP base 15" just delivered!

Possibly he has paid for faster shipping, other people have said they sit in Germany for a day, it is only an hour or 2 on a plane to the UK so as long as it arrives tomorrow i will be over the moon!

No, picked standard shipping and didn't pay anything extra. On the UPS site it's listed as "UPS Worldwide Expedited".
It's still 'out for delivery' though.

Mine is coming to Glasgow same shipment info as you there.
The ones that got delivered today from what people posted left germany last night about 1am then made there way through the UK during the night in time for delivery this morning, so i hope we both have new macbooks tomorrow!

that's interesting, I assumed that they would arrive to a central hub, and would then have to be at a local hub before they loaded the vans in the morning. Maybe they do, and they're just really quick at it.

I got fed up with checking the UPS site every 15 minutes to finally called them to see when my delivery date will be... Monday! So frustrating as I ordered 2hrs after they were released, and it's taking 11 days. I guess I'm being punished for not paying for the faster shipping. ARGH.
When you say dispatch you mean the "shipped" notice? That was 3 days ago...
So does the fact that I don't see a carrier tracking link mean there's no chance of it arriving tomorow, like the "current delivery status" implies?

I'm very happy to announce that a FedEx flight was scheduled within the hour for a plane from Shanghai to Memphis. I have two sources both of which confirm the flight (although the times vary). Regardless, this is a relief for those like me on the east coast whom thought the only way to the states was through Anchorage (which was very likely to delay delivery if standard shipping was selected). This just goes to show how last minute these kind of flights can be made or at least reported. One of my sources says that the plane should leave in an hour. Mine says the same (ordered on 25th) and I'm hoping it means it'll arrive tomorrow. Said it was shipped to Southampton on 28th Feb, if it goes to plan I could be holding my first Mac (and a massive step up in everything tech-wise) this weekend!

I'm sure you'll love your new kit - I'm upgrading from my early '08 model - hardly a problem in 3 years!
