Thats the page I'm on but I have no tracking details :( All I get is: In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly.

Again though it has said that since day 1.

Thats a bit weird, mine said that but right at the start when it was still in China, think you should try and call UPS and ask where it is since its been at the same status for days and other people you know have much more indepth tracking info.

Hey guys, I ordered a standard 15" MBP and a case on the 26th Feb and currently have the following message:

Current Delivery Status In Transit to Customer - Shipment on Schedule 04 Mar 2011

Which it has said since my order was shipped on the 28th. I've tried accessing through the US Store and get 2 tracking numbers but when clicked take me to the same page the UK store does. I've tried the tracking numbers in UPS and it doesn't recognise either of them.

Any ideas how I can track my order? The delivery date originally said the 11th March but it changed yesterday to the 10th. Do I expect it on the 10th or today? My last 2 MBP's I ordered shipped very quickly and arrived with about 2 days...

Edit: Shipping to to Yorkshire, UK.

I ordered a 15" 2.2 i7 with 8GB ram and Apple care on the 24th and have the same info popping up as you. From what I understand, if you buy something separate from the mac, it goes to Apple's depot and the separate item gets merged with the mac into one package. Hence the longer delivery.

Finally! YAY!

Will it need to be UPS I call or Apple themselves? Is it definitely UPS who will be delivering?

Check your Shipment Notification email. It should say the carrier. Mine is Kuhne & Nagel Spedition s.a r.l.

Ah yes thanks it is them, I just thought they were the ones who shipped it from China with the rest of the UK people saying UPS were delivering theirs.

Thanks for all the help guys, will try and give them a call on my lunch break and find where it is.

Mine will be here any moment according to the UPS tracking page

Anyone has his BTO yet?

Mine is a merge in transit order (with a Magic Mouse), coming to the UK. I phoned and asked where it all is and, as a result of just phoning, I was offered a goodwill payment of £50. Basically, the Magic Mouse is now free :)

I didn't complain, sound upset or anything, the credit was just offered to me. That's _great_ customer service!!

Mine arrived at Newark, NJ at 2:30am EST and departed at there at 6:30am EST to tinton falls ( the closest fed ex depot to me) I wonder if theres a shot it will make it today!!! :D IM HOPING IT DOES!

I think they are the people Apple uses for standard delivery. Since I'm expecting mine to come to London.

I ordered on the 24th and I'm seeing exactly the same. No new info since it shipped on Monday, coming to London.

Just called Apple and the guy there said that tracking info will only show up once it lands in the country. Something about the item being part of a large pallet/shipment so the individual box won't get scanned until the shipment lands and each item is ready for distribution.

Hmmm. The waiting is killing me... :p

Mine shipped on Monday too. We might be shipment buddies.:D

Rang Apple and the automated response thing said shipped via royal mail???

Spoke to an advisor though who said he has no further tracking info and that a carrier has yet to pick it up.

First of all wanted to say hello as I'm new here at the forum. I've been reading MacRumors for 3 years now but didn't have a need to participate in the forum.

Anyways I was wondering if anyone ordered new MacBook Pro from UK on 28/02 and still the order status is "Not yet shipped"? I'm just getting worried it's been five days and comparing to previous experience with Apple - getting my order within less than 24 hours - it's just weird.

Just called Apple (Netherlands). They told me there are some difficulties getting their products out of China (i.e. usage of other airport), causing delays. Unlucky me, mine MBP wasn't in the first batch, while I ordered it just after the store went back online.
The delivery date stays on 3/11 for me, however, they couldn't be sure about that. Week of vacation without MBP and heading back to school without MBP. Well, hopefully I get mine the 11th.

Mine is at the local store at 6:33am and should hopefully be out for delivery by 8:30ish. FedEx says its going to be here on Tues though. :( Hope not!

Did you order any upgrade? If so they could just be waiting for stock, build is usually only 2-3 days from order to dispach in my experience. What was the estimate for delivery, that may give you a clue?

Was it custom spec?

Woah! that's weird. it still says 1-3 business days on the apple site.

Congrats to everyone who got them today!

Mine is still sitting at the depot 5 miles away from my work, wont be delivered until Monday now. Wonder if its worth asking if i can pick it up, usually couriers just point blank say no to such requests.

I'd say it's worth asking for if you want it asap. :)
