for some reason I have been having a few issues with the App Store. When it comes to searching for applications to download, I get a weird glitch like 90% of the time, ( sees attached).
Also am not able to download the app for the store 'Target' says it's not available in North America ( I have this on my iPhone) .
Anyone else having similar issues? I have updated to 9.3.1 and still having these issues
