I pressed agree couple times, then cancel... works since then...

Good job. I always wanted to disagree with T&Cs and still continue using the service. Forcing new T&Cs upon customers should legally forbidden anyway unless those new T&C are in favor of the customer.
i do repeat the same thing more than 10times and even go through all the pages only click agree yet it doesn't work at all.

Started happening on my daughter's iPad and iPhone today (both with the same account). Have spent 3 hours trying to fix this now, including a complete wipe of the phone. What a complete and utter joke!

Wiping one device when two are affected doesn't sound like a great plan.

Mine is completely working fine. I wonder what the common denominator is?

"Endless T&C Loop" sounds like a Black Mirror episode. Having your brain uploaded and waking up after death only to find your existence consists of a modal dialog box you can't dismiss. For every second in the real world, you experience 1,000 years in your simulation and the technician responsible for fixing the bug is taking a long lunch today.

You aren’t forced. You can say no and not use the service anymore. As long as you can keep using whatever you already have, I don’t see the problem.

Just updated successfully on my ipad, after already testing iphone. No problems here (at least for updating apps)

No problem to update but don't work when I try to install new apps... endless loop :/

I am also in this problem. I don’t know how to fix it, and I’m new to iPhone because I’ve always had android. So far the last 72 hours of my new phone have been, well atrocious would be an exaggeration, but dissatisfying would be adequate.
Hope this gets fixed. I have an iPhone SE from Costco

nothing worked ...

german in italy, now on the newest beta, I updated, when the error occured first, error still there ...

right now i can at least update one app after another by pressing update, cancel T&C, press update for the same app again ... doesn't work for all apps at once ...

new apps doesn't work the same way ...

apps that were outsourced can be downloaded without problems i think ...

update: actually i think you can press more than one app for update after declining the T&C and they will also update, at least till the next T&C message pops up, then start over ...

Yesterday afternoon, I started experiencing a similar T&C sign-on loop for iTunes Connent in trying to access Podcasts Connect. Loop still in effect.

Same here. Just got my mother the new iPad Air. While setting things up I also got stuck with the loop. Signing in and out, restarting multiple times and even a factory reset didn’t fix the problem.

Yes, I even clicked through all 16 pages.

Really, frustrating that I can't install anything on my Mother's new iPad.

FYI, I’m in the US.

No problems downloading updates earlier this morning. I did get four emails from Apple regarding iTunes terms and conditions changes though.

A number of iPhone and iPad users this morning are taking to Twitter and Reddit to report an issue with the App Store that prevents them from downloading or updating apps.

The problem starts when a user taps the Get button on an app listing, whereupon a pop-up informs them that "Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions have changed" and that they must read and accept them to continue.

However, tapping OK and then agreeing to the terms and conditions simply sends the user back to the app's App Store listing where they're asked to read and accept the T&Cs again, thus begetting an endless loop.

The T&C issue is being reported by users in different countries, and also appears to be affecting Apple's communication servers, with some users receiving multiple duplicate emails notifying them of a change in Apple Media Services terms. Yet Apple's System Status page is currently reporting no problems.

One user reported that simply tapping Cancel when the T&C notification first pops up made it go away, allowing them to download or update the app in question, but this hasn't worked for others. Have you been affected by the T&C issue currently besetting the App Store? Let us know your experience the comments below.

(Thanks, Mike!)

No. Don’t do that.
