Ah, my favorite kind of sexy.
Well, my wife after taking a peek to the videos said something close:
"It's ugly in a beautiful kind of way"
And later she complains that I never know what she means.
Ah, my favorite kind of sexy.
1) Why hasn't Gizmodo released a video showing that this phone connects to iTunes in recovery mode?
2) Why are there only low resolution and bad lightning videos and photos?
3) Why doesn't Gizmodo tell us anything about the chipsets?
The (rumored) revamped Mac Pro, which I personally find much more interesting. That case has looked the same since prehistoric times, i.e. before the Intel switch. And so has the Mac Mini. I don't think any of Apple's designs have remained unchanged for that long. It's been, what, 5-6 years? In the early 2000's, jaws dropped if Apple didn't revamp designs on a yearly basis (beige G3, turqoise G3, graphite G4, white G4, blob iMac, lampshade iMac, white slate iMac etc etc).
Also, new monitors. Will they retire the ancient Cinema 30" (which is fatter than iMac, in spite of the fact that the latter has an entire computer attached to the back of the screen) and if so, will they dare replace it with a 27" screen based on the iMac (a daring move, considering 16:9 aspect ratio screams "consumer")?
If it's real then I hope Apple sues Gizmodo into oblivion for being in receipt of stolen property.
you are confusing legal terminology.
omg Apple is copying Nokia design
Pathetic.
Pretty sure I'm not. Gizmodo received stolen property. Not only that, they knew it was stolen. And they paid for it, to boot. Either this is a hoax or Gizmodo is done.

It is real, bro. No one is questioning that any longer. Are people forgetting that the back of this "new" iPhone is VERY similar to the back of the iPad?
It adds to the plausibility of this being real, IMHO.
So some big nasty district attorney is going to prosecute Gizmodo?

Yes, I was talking about the Mac Pro. My mention of the iMac at the end was about pros switching to PC if they discontinue the Mac Pro, because the iMac won't cut it.iMac or Mac Pro? And based on what I read the comment was about the exterior look of the Mac Pro.
I agree. But that's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that even though it looks great and holds up well after X years, it still signals neglect to leave it unchanged for so long. Just like they have with the Mac Mini and the ACD 30", both designs are ancient, approximately 100 computer years old. It signals "we don't give a crap about these products anymore, but some idiots are still buying them so we keep making them." It raises suspicions that they've lost their mojo in the pro segment. Sometimes you have to refresh designs for psychological reasons, even if there's nothing wrong with the current ones. And besides, all their other products look better than they did in 2005, so why dismiss the notion that Ive can improve the design of the Mac Pro as well?I think that the Mac Pro desktop style case is by far the most elegant, professional looking system on the market. Ever since the introduction of the Power Mac G5 case (and I own 3 of these because I love the look of them so much), Apples high end desktops have looked great. Their designs are efficient, functional, and look good in any office or work setting.
Either they're trying to out industrial-look the Zune...
Or they really took those Droid ad "girlie phone" comments to heart.
Apple will sue them. Remember what happened to ThinkSecret?
All this is just planned marketing. Don't you find it is a weird coincidence that an Apple engineer is loosing his prototype in a bar where a Gyzmodo guy is at the very same moment! C'mon...they are just willing to create the buzz...and it worked perfectly.
