For the love of all that is good... it is "grain of salt"...

I guess we'll see in a few days how genuine it is. Either way, I'm excited.
Haha did you not think I knew the usual phrase? It was intentionally exaggerated to match the very skeptical and unverified claims...

Also confirmed. One of my phones is a Note 3, with almost bezel to bezel sides, and you can't pick the damn thing off a table without sometimes activating one of the icons along the edge of the screen..

I don't have one but based on what I have seen on the pics, Note 3 side bezels are hardly any thinner then the ones on iPhone. It's just wider and bigger screen that make it seem as the bezels are thinner.

My iPhone 5S's bezels are lightly bigger. I just compared them side by side. The wideness makes it worse, but the point is, phones with hardly any bezel are sensitive to accidental edge presses, especially if its a wider phone.

Can anyone tell me when Apple usually drops prices on previous model? xx months after release or immediately?

We obviously know the iPhone 6 will have the same design like the phone shown in the video. But the phone in the video is a fake, it doesn't have Apple's quality look to it. The Chinese can make very good knock offs. Just like the $200-$300 knock off Rolex's you can buy which look almost identical to the real ones.

I don't think the rubber bands are as ugly as the glas inlays were. The color matching may as well have improved, because the rubber bands replaced the miss colored inlays. I don't see a problem there. And I don't mind the protruding camera as much as I hate that the camera isn't properly placed in its corner, as it still was on the iPhone 4S. But the phones main design flaw is the iOS 7 UI and I know I can't (make them) change that.

Rubber? What are you talking about.

I have a Note 3 and iPhone 5s and the side bezels are almost similar. Where they really differ at, is the top & bottom bezels. Sometimes I do get accidental presses because the bottom bezel is much smaller but it's a tradeoff I'm willing to accept.

On the iPad is resolved through a software tweak! I have an iPad air and I don't remember getting any activation when accidentally touching the screen at the edges. I am not sure if same can be done on the iPhone.

That's true, but duplicating the software is much harder. You normally see these very good knocks running either an old version of Android or some sort of dumbed down OS.

Wow... I must be doing it wrong.

I generally spend my time looking at the FRONT of my phone. :)

If I'm going to spend 600+ dollars on a phone I want it to look good....so that makes what you just said irrelevant. If I wanted a crappy built phone for that much money id buy a samsung

Guess Im just not as worried about the fashion statement i make to others looking at me using my phone...

lol- so this is the first you've heard of the iphone6 being bigger?... well, it really HAS been a well-guarded secret....

And how did that make any sense at all?

The Meizu is only rounded on the backside. The iPhone is rounded on the front- and the backside. That's why the iPhone has one more level of symmetry. You could slice it in half and have two equal forms. Beauty lies in symmetry. Whenever Apple designers need a curve, they try to make it a circle first. Because a circle has endless many symmetry axis. The True Tone flash was a pill shape and now it is a circle again. We humans are programmed to love symmetry, because symmetric bodies are healthy bodies. Watch the Paralympics if you don't believe me. We humans run better when both our legs are of equal length. Symmetry makes the iPhone look healthier and more beautiful. Only thinness trumps symmetry in Apples design book.

The iPhone 6 design is inexcusable.

And you really have no idea "if" the iPhone 6 is completely symmetrical the screen curves into the body but we cant tell if it makes for the same curvatures of the back.

Symmetry is just one aspect of design... The bezels on this phone are "huge" compared to cellphones already in the market.

Sony is already making an almost complete white front for their devices with no black bezel around the display:

Nokia did wayyyy back the whole melting screen with the N9

The bands in the back are thicker than they used to be and if you "love" symmetry go ahead and explain yourself a "protruding" camera ring in the upper left part of the device.

Will still buy but the design is crap.

To whom? I thought the iOS 7 UI was inexcusable, but people kept buying iPhones nonetheless.

I can tell, it's my super power. It is completely symmetrical, you will see soon.

Which sane person would compare an iPhone with an Android phone? First you choose your platform, then you decide between all the variants. The iPhone 6 will be judged against the iPhone 5s and 5c. There are no other competitors in the market for iOS phones.

I've already explained away the camera position and why it needs to be where it is. Go back and read it again.
