If I’ve used mO2 (and I have), I’m not that new.
They sent out a notice to download your purchases and save them. They clearly do not have to provide offsite backup forever just because I gave the $99.
Then you know that there was no way of installing or reinstalling without MotionVFX providing it via mInstaller and the Internet working to do so.

Their push of mInstaller only, instead of their previous off-site installers (we have come full circle now), actually meant there was no way of installing or reinstalling any of their products outside of mInstaller, which they were doing away with, all of a sudden. I couldn't even download the off-site installer at all. It wasn't until contacting support before the cut-off date and them enabling that ability, that I could do so. They had disabled my ability to download any installers within my account, in their push for using mInstaller only throughout the previous years.

I know of many, many customers who had/have the same issue and some never had the opportunity to download their purchases before the deadline because of that.
If you were planning to buy (any decade now), you didn’t get dumped because you were not an actual customer of that product. You can’t be dumped if you never even went on a date.
??? We were dumped because of Apple buying them. That is why. Nothing to do with because of buying specific products or not. It is that simple. Companies don't leave money like that on the table and throw it away for fun. People purchased, spending big money, from them and had those products discontinued a few days later. Without warning.

They didn't care about their customers after Apple took over or more sales etc. They just had to prepare for what Apple wanted from them, that is all. All Apple cares about is what they are going to use MotionVFX for. That is why everything was the way it was.
