I think I saw something today where it is going to give 5 gig before it starts to throttle you down.

Thanks, but they are doing the throttling for LTE after 5gb and throttling 3G after only 3gb. My question was more directed to me losing my unlimited data IF I were to break my agreement, pay the fee for upgrading early, and purchase the iPhone for the $549 price.

I went through the motions but looks like I loose my unlimitted data plan from years ago!! I backed out and guess I will wait for the hoopla to die down then select another carrier with better rates / data plans. AT&T you almost had me for another 2 years...

I think we can order them in Europe. I mean there are no other phones we can buy from Apple.com in Germany and they say preorder on 14. September. Also the Apple Store is down for me...
