Issue is that the islam does not see all people as equal.
If only "the Christianity" did too at least there would be some kind of moral argument to make.

Any legal action these companies try will fail. Trump was perfectly within his scope of authority to write those executive orders. I hate to say this but we need another 9/11 incident to remind these bleeding heart liberals that there is an invasion happening to our country. Evil people are making their way in (and not necessarily Muslims) to destroy us. Something needs to be done and Trump is doing it.
Seems like we have plenty of natural born evil people to worry about and lots of them are surrounding our incompetent figurehead. And interesting you mention 9/11 as if Saudi Arabia was the target of Trump's executive order.

Interesting you talk about protecting natural resources, including farm lands. Trump is going to relax environmental laws, which will cause more pollution to water supplies, farm lands, damage human health as a consequence.

Then you make a further rant about Liberals...

You obviously don't live here. We need farm land. We need to protect our natural resources. We can't afford it. That's all that matters. We can only take people we need. It's like a company hiring unskilled people for no reason. It would just be a drain.

You need to leave your liberal warm fuzzy feelings at the door when dealing with real issues

If the soft liberals can't handle the heat they should get out of the kitchen. Trump is trying to make America safe again, and this is how they repay him? Pathetic

1. In this country, we're allowed to discuss things without being told to leave if we disagree. If YOU can't handle that, leave.
2. We don't have to "repay" someone for something we didn't buy.

There is enough money. It's just not distributed in a fair way.
And your "boat" is nearly empty. Ever looked at a map of your own country?

Get over your basis of people per square mile or km or whatever you are using to create immigration policy. Having land not populated to the fullest extent is a good thing. National parks, green lands and wildlife areas are a good thing. We shouldn't rip those up just so we can match the population density of other countries. Nor should we build every city and town up with sky scrapers and huge buildings to overpopulate them.

I disagree about the regulations. I voted for trump but I do t agree with this policy and have been in contact with my local reps and senators about it.

I don't support Trump unilaterally.

Well the last 1000 waves of immigration did us no good, did they?

OK, you leave and we can let someone else in.

Looks like your user name is fitting. Way to throw out the red herring of comparing all the legal immigrants from the past to either illegal immigrants of today or the jihadists that we know are embedding themselves in the current population of refugees just to get into our country to eventually perform acts of terrorism.

Why don't YOU leave. Some of us would like our families to stay safe WHILE at the same time developing a process for LEGAL immigration that does everything possible to ensure the folks coming into our country mean us no harm.

And I am the grandson of a LEGAL immigrant from one of these 'banned' countries who in part had to leave their country because the muslims in that country actually kill Christians like my grandfather and his father and mother. You know, those immigrants you are so fast to just open the door for without any checking......

Quit talking out your azz.

The issue, especially today, is that too many muslims don't want to adopt, integrate and join forces with other people on a basis of equality.
You haven't given them time yet. They see a nation more or less opposed to their way of life and people who demand that they change. That can be frightening when you're new to a place.

It tends to take around 3 generations for a level of integration to take place and far longer for real integration.

Generation 1 born abroad, still largely scared by new location and band together> Generation 2 born in country so no longer scared of location but go home from school/work to an environment that is different to that of their peers> Generation 3 born in country and their parents were born in country, consider themselves full citizens, their environment is more or less equal to their peers but there are some differences in culture but the whole peer group is fascinated by this and wants to share.

I grew up in a town with a large second generation Pakistani community. Back then it was polarised but when I return now, the only polarisation left is that of the older generation. If anything the millenials have banded together to hate the Polish.

We are a nation made stronger by skilled immigrants who are heavily screened and are truly needed. It's not made stronger by people who willingly break the law literally the very instant that they arrive.
There are people who already live here that willingly break the law everyday. Immigrant status and race are irrelevant.

You know damn well it's a temporary ban on Muslims from certain areas - not a race.

Try extrapolation, it saves time.

Well the thing is, I assumed you were American and understood English natively. I apologize and see now that you're an ESL student. Good luck with your studies, because most English speakers know that racist is routinely used as a synonym for bigots of all kinds. *sigh*

Also you're thinking of inference, not extrapolation.

Don't even know what you are talking about but didn't you just tell them to leave because you disagreed with them?

Well, maybe you should read some American history, becuase they said the exact same thing about every other immigrant group who arrived here and worse. Blind hate and fear is blind hate and fear, it has been for centuries.

Now those who haven't read any history are busy repeating it.
