just order both and return the one you don't like:)

Or order both and sell the one you don't like to someone on here (for double the money) who said there is no way they are wasting their money on an Apple watch but wishes they ordered one after they are all sold out.

Too bad Space Black isn't available with a rubber band. The link bracelet does look nice but it's also about $700 more than I'd like to spend on this. :(

So you have chat with them? And the told you that there wont apple watch reservation pass online for pick-up at apple store on 24?

I think that makes things clear.

The prices on the non-plastic bands are near usury. Obvious intentional move not to offer the sport aluminum finish with a black band. Which would be the obvious best seller for someone with some sense of budget who wants to be able to wear this thing to a business meeting and not look like a clown. What kind of tool is going to buy the white band?

I thought the aluminum Space Gray one had a black band. The gray SS one only has the link bracelet.

I will not buy or wear a watch or a cell phone. I do not even answer the land line. I am not a slave to a electronic master and will not tag myself with a signal.
If a person wants me the can talk to me face to face or send mail. There is n freedom in being identified where you go. I take the liberty to be independent of any data.

The marketing of the watch is a big flop and few will want to have the same loss of freedom as a prisoner with an ankle bracelet.

Noticed you're new here.....nice try

Any bets on how this is going to play out.

1. Preorders start April 10th
2. Preorders sell out within 30 minutes to 1 hour
3. Reviews kiss Apple’s butt and give the watch high praise
4. People get watch and is overjoyed
5. After using the watch for about 1 week people come back down to earth
6. Buyer now decides if watch should be returned within the 2 week return period because they realize that their phones are more efficient
7. Stock replenishes in about 2 months
8. Apple watch is on that slow death march until Tim Cook revels Apple watch 2 this fall to early spring 2016
9. Preorders are stagnant because watch is basically the same
10. No problem getting a watch on release day spring 2016
11. Watch is doomed unless Apple lowers price because the competition will have cheaper better looking options

Just a wild guess.

Looks like they're showing off a few new interface elements in these videos. I have to say it looks gorgeous on people's wrists.

Edit--

Looks like there are more videos they're holding off. It would be a brilliant move to make them available gradually before the release to keep up the hype.

People thought the same about the iPhone and the iPad, and now people can't imagine their lives without them. And don't forget there will be an App Store for Apple Watch apps.

Is that you, Ballmer?

LOL. You can just imaging Ballmer sitting around in his bathrobe and slippers trolling the Mac websites making rude comments about Apple products. A half full beer on the table and a couple of empty bottles on the floor around him with some empty snack wrappers.

You were doing okay up until #5-- that's where your predictions will be obliterated.

Also forgot the part where Apple announces a $100 price cut two months after the release, angering a whole lot of Apple Watch buyers. (Though I doubt they'll make that kind of mistake again.)

Funnily enough both my wife and I favourited our choices this morning, however, the model I've selected (42mm Steel leather loop) shows as 'unusually ships for 24th April, whereas her choice (38mm pink modern buckle) shows 4-5 weeks???

I see no such thing on the Apple Store here in the United States. They all say "Unavailable for delivery" right now.

As they should, because they've not launched yet and they don't give delivery estimates to stuff that has not launched yet.

You obviously are not old enough to remember the iPod, iPhone, or iPad releases. This is exactly what people said about all 3 of them. You will eat your words in a month. I promise.

It will be nice to set my alarm for an Apple pre-order and not have to worry about getting up for work in the morning. Thank goodness for spring break!

Honestly, I don't remember the last time I was this excited about something!

Me vs. All you Space Grey 42 mm buyers... It's on!

Should I consider myself "lucky" that I have tiny, and I mean TINY wristst and will probably have to go 38mm ?

That being said, sucks that there is no 38mm leather loop. Kinda wanted that band
