Integrated lanyard hole is a simple but big qol improvement. With my current AirPods Pros, I bought a lightning port clip to keep it from falling out of my pockets.

Not emphasizing call quality seems weird, considering it's genuinely the only best-in-class class aspect over APPs vs the competition. Using the watch charger is cool. Otherwise I'm not really seeing much worthy over the upgrade (or getting any use over my existing APPs or Sony). It seems like the real world reviews will be key to sell the new features.

I agree. Use mine all day for phone calls and you think there would be some mention of an improvement. Not everything is always music Apple.

I gave up waiting for the new AirPods and switched to the Beats Fit Pro. No stem, less noticeable colors, same integration with Apple hardware, comparable sound and they cost less.

Wonder if they have fixed the issue lots of people have had with skin itching etc. I seem to be getting it with beat studio buds as well.

I hoped they’d talk more about accessibity features, the current Pros work great as a hearing aid, but there’s always room for improvement.

Hmmmm… no mention of taking advantage of the FDA's recent decision to allow low- to moderate- hearing loss hearing aids over-the-counter, without a prescription. That's unfortunate for hearing impaired buyers like myself, who have been waiting for it.

Still with a Lightning port… unbelievable 😡
Disappointing, but unless the iphone moves to USB C you need to carry one of those cables around with your anyway. Unless you're an android phone user.

Nice. I'll likely upgrade. $249 seems like norm. I wish we could trade in our Pro 1 for a discount, though.

Lightning and the same idiotic design. No thanks. Beats with built in wing tips are superior.

Wait how does volume control work?

Is call quality allegedly better? They have a LONG way to go in that regard.
