Same here… I’ll wait a while but probably not super long. They’re just too useful. And better noise cancellation would be something that benefits me almost daily.Nice. I'll likely upgrade. $249 seems like norm. I wish we could trade in our Pro 1 for a discount, though.
Ditto! I may get the new ones too. I've used my current AirPods Pro long enough such that they don't last beyond 2.5 hrs per charge. Prior to pandemic times, that's acceptable. In pandemic times with so many Zoom meetings, this doesn't work as I often have meetings that last over 2 to 4 hours.Awesome!
I’m going to place my order for the new AirPods Pro as soon as the preorders start
I use my AirPods Pro every day when I go for long walks and I’m glad that Apple has made the 2nd generation even better!
I’m planning to take the AirPods Pro with me when I travel on planes next year and having the improved noise cancellation is definitely going to be awesome!
I’m glad that Apple has kept the price the same at $249
The only reason I bought the AirPods max were because I would fly and the noise cancellation wasn’t too good on the pro.Awesome!

I guarantee you people will complain that trying to adjust volume knocks them out of ear.Swipe volume control is feature I’ve been wanting.
Ah, I did not imagine it, but it's ... only for SharePlay???Re: Lossless, I swear on the first features slide they showed, there was a tile at the bottom that said 48khz, which would imply lossless quality, but I see nothing about it anywhere else. Maybe I just imagined it.![]()
I believe they did, mentioned improved woofer designs. Plus with a more accurate noise canceling should be fine.Did I miss something, I didn't hear any mention of improved sound quality, after 3 years from the older model. If the overall quality did improve wouldn't they want to say so?
It does say that. But the audio sampling frequency doesn't have anything to do with the codec used to compress it. For instance, opus always output 48khz audio, even when it is a lossy (a very good one, but lossy) codec.Re: Lossless, I swear on the first features slide they showed, there was a tile at the bottom that said 48khz, which would imply lossless quality, but I see nothing about it anywhere else.
