Hey, it’s not getting the lower price in Europe..!
It’s still starting at 1610 USD for the 15” in Europe compared to 1200 in the USA.
I’m so tempted though. I think I can afford it. Gotta see it next to the newest competitors though as they have gone through quite a lot of improvements and changes in recent years.
Sweet color too. Now I’m definitely glad I didn’t go for a boring looking Pro.

EU prices are including VAT.
They lowered the price by 200 dollars , stop complaining, for the cost of the old model you get 512 gb of ssd.
We have to see them at the stores to find out the difference between space grey and midnight. I’m not sure if midnight is a little blue tinted tone or not.

And their highest-tier Mac Pro is still on M2…
Very tempted to replace my M1 MBA… I also have my 14” M3 Pro MBP but the way I use my laptop, the MBA is a better fit and I now rarely use my 14”. May give to wife for photo editing. The 13” MBA is a near perfect laptop IMHO.
But they didn’t get the price drop at all, is what I said. It’s exactly the same price as the M3 was.
On top of that the upgrades are 25% more expensive…

Hahaha a lot of people were expecting this with also a better battery, an extra thunderbolt port or even a brighter screen but no…
They also removed both M2 and M3 MacBook Air so you are forced to buy M4 for more money hehehe
Wish they had Space Black option but they save those for the MacBook Pro’s 💻

Dude 14 Pro is smashing this !! Everyone taught the MacBook Air would be better than that.
Still a 60hz, low brightness screen. I'll just keep my M1 Pro, disappointing that they didn't do much with the air.
I’m actually surprised they lowered the price with all that is happening in the world.
Put another way..

Either Apple cut a deal or accepted to eat the costs for a while.
