So usually Apple event is at 10 am when in my country it’s 8 pm so I can watch it live. This time it’s in my country 2 am. When I’m sleeping. Apparently Apple doesn’t want us to watch it live. Oh well. At least I will be able to skip all the boring parts.

10am pacific time is 2am in Tokyo. Any time they pick is going to be bad somewhere (except for the US given they are a US company). It is nice that Asia is getting this during the day for once. I agree with other posters that this time could have been picked specifically to be during the day in Japan. We may be seeing more than just new hardware.

The new M3 chips look spectacular! I’m really excited to see what happens when they use these chips in new iPad Pros! 👍🏻. I’m guessing battery life may improve, and the performance will be amazing for 3D applications! 👍🏻

No because there's a difference.
If a doctor told you: you likely won't get cancer and you do get cancer, or you likely won't die from removing an appendix and you actually do die despite the chances being low, it doesn't mean doctor is wrong. Doctor gave a possible outcome.
If a doctor told you: you pretty much are obese and you're not actually obese, it means the doctor is wrong. Doctor made a provable false statement.

Wait wait wait wait, so you're making this WILD sweeping allegation that Mark is "pretty much wrong on everything" especially the "last year" and you have never seen what he's predicted about Apple's #1 product?

I really don't see the point in continuing this discussion further as it's obvious you haven't really seen what Mark predicted this past year. Moving on...
Mark Gurman was wrong on so many points with this one. He said no new MacBook Pros this year (wrong), no M3 chip this year (wrong), no October event this year (wrong), no new Macs this year (wrong). The dude is just extremely inaccurate this year.
