I think that is the first wave of deliveries isn't it?I ordered within minutes of it going live and the ship date slipped from 30th to the 2nd! Wtf!?
The ever popular phrase after every hardware or software release as if the the UK is the only country that has Apple customers...
Yes, first wave of delivery starts from Oct 30!I think that is the first wave of deliveries isn't it?

They better
I reckon they will, but I not sure if it will be on launch dayI sure hope Amazon comes out with an app for Prime
Understandable. I completely agree. I'm still contemplating on whether the TV is for me or not. I'd mostly be using it for Airplay. Still not sure if that's enough to justify seeing as most of my A/V products have SMART apps.sorry bud, hard to read how text should be said when on forums![]()
Yes! My package is already delivered! Pre-ordered via a national retailer here a few days ago when they started accepting them, with no special expectations. I mean, a retailer can accept preorders just because they want to grab sales, not ship early. But I'll be damned... They must have bulked up with Apple TV's in advance. Shipping confirmation 22 hours ago, with an actual trackable package id. I'll have one on my doorstep tomorrow or so since it's already been in transit for a while! Everything went better than expected...

Honestly as a person who happily owns the Apple Watch, the Apple TV is likely going to sell significantly more.
I reckon they will, but I not sure if it will be on launch day
I would look at the big picture in this regard. 10% of $200 is $20, (this is speaking about the U.S. prices) is $20 savings worth the trouble of waiting for the stores to get one, driving to an Apple store, dealing with the crowd in the store and then after you buy it you have to wait until Discover refunds the 10%? For some, every penny counts, but for me I factor in my trouble and time which are way more valuable than a $20 savings.Anybody holding off to get it in the store using apple pay for the discover 10% back?
