Well there was the report on an update to the AirTag firmware. 😂Slow news day?…just sounds like this gentleman who left wants to be the man in charge or something else as he jumps around companies. Might be a mid life crisis going on here.

Or just decent treatment as employee and privacy. Not good. He must have been offered an excellent compensation at Ford to make the move.
If you need car anytime soon, get a Tesla…
I was worried when Apple was rumored to be talking to Toyota, who has gone absolutely nowhere with EVs
then he would have joined PorscheSlow news day?…just sounds like this gentleman who left wants to be the man in charge or something else as he jumps around companies. Might be a mid life crisis going on here.
Staying with one company for your entire career is complacent.Slow news day?…just sounds like this gentleman who left wants to be the man in charge or something else as he jumps around companies. Might be a mid life crisis going on here.
Better Toyota than Hyundai. If you need car anytime soon, get a Tesla…

more challenging work at a company which keeps its focus? Not good. He must have been offered an excellent compensation at Ford to make the move.
Tim Cook is complacent?Staying with one company for your entire career is complacent.
Given the short time frame of 3 years, he probably saw a stagnant project and decided to jump ship.
At his level, money likely isn't the primary motivator, but rather intrinsic motivation. It's doing challenging projects that you enjoy and the satisfaction seeing those projects come through.
Apple Car does not exist so how are they disrupting the car market?Apple has a history of disrupting markets, so it’s no surprise that other companies will try to recruit Apple employees to see what they’re working on
That's because Toyota invested in hybrids, not EVs.If you need car anytime soon, get a Tesla…

No, but given the amount of rumors related to the apple car, and all of them seem to be negative, this is just another negative rumor to add to the pile.Gurman seems to be pulling the drama cord a little too tightly in those Tweets.
Very doubtful this one person would sink the entire project, at least IMO.
Stay the course on what? Nobody knows what they are doing or what’s going to happen, I personally do not believe Apple is going to be building an actual car.I hope Apple stay the course and introduce a full  vehicle, instead of falling back to just producing an OS to run one.
Human transportation would benefit greatly from Apple's influence and competition.
I didn't know that companies 'accepted' leadership of any other company, it's more like companies fail to innovate. Ask Blackberry. I'm sure they would never accept Apple in their business either. And honestly, Apple is most likely looking at a 'car as service' place in the industry. Not selling cars to consumers. I'm not sure if anyone has a head start that precludes another company from making inroads because the market itself will change radically. And Apple would never compete with Ford. I don't think they will make pick-ups, to start. : >Many others like Google/Alphabet have the chance to establish an outstanding automized e-car – Apple should concentrate on other topics of competence.
Google Maps is far more better performing than Apple Maps and this is one key stone for a success in developing a new e-car whatever size it will have.
The established car industry like Toyota, VW or Ford, Fiat/Chrysler will never accept a leadership of Apple in computing their new e-car generations – NEVER!
You know exactly what I mean, they’re working on itApple Car does not exist so how are they disrupting the car market?
