I'm on the Barclay's blacklist due to poor credit choices a long time ago. Over the past 9-10 years I've worked to bring my score up to mid-700s. Part of the reason I'm excited for this card is I haven't applied to anything else in the last few years because I've been rejected, and I'm hoping my work will pay off.

iOS 12.4, signed up for notifications, still no change. Happy for y'all though who have gotten the car, looks really cool :)

Best of luck to you, though that didn't answer my question lol.

Can those who got he invite and processed, confirm it was TransUnion the report they pulled?
I only unlocked my TransUnion report (Experian and Equifax remained locked) and my application went through successfully.

I just got off chat with support and APR reduction and credit limit increases are "not supported at this time". Looks like you are stuck with what you get. So make sure you pay off balances on other cards before you apply.
Good call. I just paid off my card, just in case.

While paying off balances may help, wouldn't it have to be reported to the credit agency to actually help you when you apply? Your application doesn't go off of your current balances rather your reported balances the last time that they were pulled...

"APR of 12.99% to 23.99% when you open your account, based on your creditworthiness"

I haven't applied for a credit card in a long time, but this seems ridiculous

I have 800+, but all my cards are in the twenties. I suspect interest rates are pretty much a non-issue for those with high credit scores, who are very likely to not carry a balance.

Shh. It’s just funny watching em. Don’t go spoiling things.

for those that have been able to apply: Has the Apple Card always appears (in the last few weeks) when you go to the wallet app? I am curious if that was a sign you were going to be preselected as early testers. In other words, has anyone just now for the first time seen the card.
