Apple Card Rolling Out Today to Limited Number of Customers

It’s a long story, but I had the first credit card that was sent to me canceled. This was done too late and the card arrived but I could not activate it, because of the cancellation. The second card should arrive tomorrow. The first card came via FedEx, the second by UPS.
 
There are some indications across the web that there may be more invites going out now. I've seen two people go into the wallet and apply successfully in the past hour, they haven't received an email yet and hadn't been successful before.

I only say that because a couple people posted that exact problem. But, don't know the details as to why.
 
Point of interest for anyone waiting for their Apple Card who has TWO Apple ID's - one for the iTunes account, and a different one for iCloud. I signed up on day one for the notification using my general "gmail" apple id. However, apparently Apple was waiting for and wanting my "iCloud" apple id, which I entered yesterday based upon discussion about the confusion about apple id's. The notification page did NOT specify that it needed to be your ICLOUD apple id. So, hopefully that will help someone. Also, the + never worked, but hit the link, and voila. I was SHOCKED to see that it let me proceed. Woo-hoo. Acceptable terms, so I agreed. Here we go.

After trying off and on, it never would let me apply. Tried about 30 mins ago, and it finally went through to apply. Only got a 10k credit limit, but did get the 12.99% APR (I don't carry a balance, tho). I would have expected more of a limit given my credit profile and limits on other my other credit cards (one is a 50k limit). Not gonna be spending 10k on it so no big deal really. Now the credit score fun begins....up or down. :)

Update: now all the flurry of emails about changes to my credit report. haha. It was a TransUnion pull as most if not all have indicated.

I just played that same game.....mine dropped 8 lol. As expected. Always goes back up in a month or so

UPS number now shows and shipping 2 day air out of LA. Coming to Ohio.

What was the reasoning that the first card was sent cancelled?

I wonder though if say you had to replace your phone and you get a replacement phone, wondering if you can still activate the card with your replaced said phone?

Approved. $20,000 Limit 17.99%...

Tried to add Apple Pay Cash and got this message:

Card Not Added
Contact your card issuer for more information

What's that mean? Anybody have this issue! Apple Card added no problem. I tried making another card the default but got the same message. :confused:
 
I had 2 friends sign up two days ago and got through tonight. I have signed up multiple times and still nothing. I think there’s something with my account keeping me from getting the option.

I made AC my default card in Wallet for AP. Know how to change to another card. But, where it says to add AC to use on iTunes and App Store etc, I don’t see away to change it back to my current bank card. Maybe after I change to AC an option will show.

Pfffft. Never mind.

Now it added it.
