Why are we (the U.S.) entitled to one dime of a product sold in Europe?

----------

It's not your money Levin.

This is really not appropriate! They are playing by the rules that they made and then they are criticising them for doing so!

So Levin thinks credits and favorable patents means Apple owes the US something??? WTF.

I'm kind of glad Cook is letting him be a blowhard without interrupting him. Just shows everyone what an arsehole he is.

Of course they're UNILATERALLY deciding where the money flows. It's their goddamn company. If the shareholders don't like it, they should get the pitchforks out. I don't see any shareholders whining publicly.

Well, we should deal with Ireland the same way as we do with other countries we disagree with.

Invade them.

Loving the way all the Apple sycophants are indignantly proclaiming that Apple are merely "exploiting a legitimate loophole".

Legitimate and loophole do not really go together when you give it a moments consideration.

le·git·i·mate : Conforming to the law or to rules
loop·hole : An ambiguity or inadequacy in the law or a set of rules

So Apple are conforming to the ambiguity they have found in the rules, which are not of the original intention of the rule maker. Thus making 'new' rules within rules because there are no rules to stop them using their own rules.. And that's ok then, because they are only following the rules? LOL

Also loving the fact I cannot watch the video on my iPad. I can hear the sycophants typing at me now about how nobody needs flash etc.. MR did not get the memo... LOL

I am out of here...

So they don't get to respond after Levin just pontificated for the last 10 minutes? Show trial indeed. ***** congress.

Do you not comprehend that a loophole, otherwise known as an inadequacy in the law, is perfectly, legitimately exploitable?

If no violation of the law occurs, it's fair game and it's, yes, legitimate. As simple as that.

Of course, an overwhelming number of conservatives I know of think, eat, drive, their hobbies, like the same music, similar hates and scapegoats etc etc are the exact same as one another, but that is a whole other story.

Your generalizations are based on ignorance and bigotry.

For myself, I only buy grass feed humanely raised meat.

You were commenting on "most liberals," remember?

By they way, hunters hunt animals that are free to roam and eat in their natural habitats. These animals are not confined on a farm for a few months only to be slaughtered like the animals that are "humanely raised" by the entities you purchase your meat from.
