do u have a reservation? Are u a member of the Upgrade program. Are u using the App to upgrade the device you are using?
Did you cancel your current reservation? You have to do that before you can see the new stock. I'd wait for Millionaire2k to check for you to make sure there is something for you to jump into before canceling, though.
i saw what you posted 2 pages ago and I'm going to just cancel this matte black reservation, i only want jet black, id rather get the iphone with the better grip, as a lot of people have been noting, in contrast to the regular aluminum iphones.
Yea to being a member and where on the app do you find it? After I enter my serial number it brings me to a regular safari page to make an instore reservation

One of my character flaws is being super inpatient so i hate the fact that i have to wait but nothing else i can do, life must go on. I'll just try and check back on the 17th as it says on the reservation page.
Don't you click on the link underneath where it says "If you're part of the iPhone Upgrade Program, you may be eligible for a new iPhone." When you click "find out now" it asks for your serial number and IMEI number and from there you click submit. Am I doing something wrong?
The app should know that you're already part of the program. If you're on the website, I can see the above being true, though.
lol my bad on asking "anyone" to check for me. Bit also how come I am still able to see stock of other versions of the iphone 7 if i already placed my reservation. and yes I am an original IUP member.
Keep us updated! I also stopped by my local Apple Store today (for something else, or maybe we're all just paranoid at this point?
) but ended up talking to the person at the entrance about this. She also asked if I had a reservation or order number and seemed pretty skeptical about what I was saying. (I'm guessing she was thinking Friday will be exciting enough without random people showing up expecting to get a phone they have no record of!) Unfortunately my support contact is off until Friday (looks like she works the weekend shift) so I can't ask her about it. I guess I can show up in the store and have them call her, but she's also not the person who called and told me they reserved a phone, I don't have that person's contact info.I also just checked the IUP ordering system for that store and there's way more stock now. But my model is still unavailable.
If you're using the Apple store app, it automatically checks for the device you are using without you needing to enter anything
on the discover section, tap pre-order and then the model you want, and it will bring you to a screen that says you're part of the iPhone upgrade program. There you can "Upgrade this iPhone" or if you have another iPhone in the program (not the one you're using) you can tap "check its eligibility status" and then enter the info (this is the route I took and can confirm it works, doesn't have to be the device you're using)
Its all on me. It just doesnt make sense why its not showing up for me. I was willing to take that chance.
