Thats what I have been doing. The regular iPhone 7 is available but not the plus. Odd

Seriously, you're a Saint. I'm just glad we figured out that you need to cancel the backup pre-order. That was key to all of this.

I've picked up devices late a few times at my store. They never had an issue. Your store may be different. Maybe just call that morning saying you WILL be there.
Maybe it takes longer for a paid in full pre-order to be canceled? or maybe pre-ordering that way somehow affected your IUP status in the system... assuming your preorder is tied to your current phone line. For ***** and giggles you could always try reserving a 7, then cancel the reservation and see if that triggers anything.

Can also confirmed that three stores within two hour driving distance from from my.home now suddenly have stock in all models except jet black.

Thank you again Millionaire2K, just cancelled my previous reservation and was able to reserve the phone I wanted thanks to you're help.
yeah, It seems Apple is fixing the Upgrade program. In store stock was suppose to be for program. But since phones were not at store yet it didn't let people order. My guess is now phones are at stores or allocated to stores and IUP people are getting their supply.
No Jet Black most likely because Apple don't have any.
