Is it possible that all the jet black phones are being held for customers that called in to complain about the program and are waiting their 48 hours? Tempted to make a reservation for matte black at my local but also still really want the jet black

I don't think Apple has any jets for release.

Never did get a call back but i was able to get a reservation time for Friday for a Black 128gb 7 Plus on AT&T. I hope they are loose with reservation times like last year since the latest time available was for an hour before I can get there.

It looks like US Apple Stores have had a LOT of extra stock during this week. It seems like there's been 0 shipments to the UK or any further stock allocation.

I've been a long time reader of MR but just signed up the other day. Really appreciate this community right now. I had all but given up hope of a phone for launch but as a result of this thread these past few hours, I have my preferred model reserved.

Thank you, all!

anyone able to check cali Fresno store for a 7+ 256 any color?
[doublepost=1473838426][/doublepost]Decided to see if stock would get posted after 12 tonight and it did! However the weirdest thing is happening. If I try and reserve with my wife's phone number I can not see the stock.
However if I try and upgrade my phone and reserve a device with my number I am able to see additional stock she isn't able to see.
I tested both lines on both phones. Is their any reason why different customers should see different stock levels? Seems odd.

All explained over the past 20 pages.

So odd. I have read all 32 pages. I can't figure out why her number even goes to a different reservation URL. On her phone I can't even visit the same site I am getting on my phone. I also cancelled both our iP7 reservations once I saw I could see additional stock.

Frustrating eh?! I briefly managed to find a 7 (not plus) 128gb black this morning, but by the time I clicked through to reserve the appointment it was gone. As I said before, UK buyers entering the upgrade programme are in the worst position as you can't buy via the app (must reserve store appointment), and you don't have the priority it seems is now being given to US buyers already in the programme (albeit with a lot of pain it seems!)

Wow your signature is really old.

To add to your comment: You're definitely right about stock allocation and I do feel bad for those in the US who've been signed up for the IUP for a year and now getting screwed over. But Apple are doing something about it there. There's been little to no contact with the UK about the fact those of us wanting to join the program have been equally as screwed over in the task of finding an iPhone 7.

I'm trying to get an iPhone 7 Plus 32GB in Black but the damn thing is like finding a unicorn. Although as I've said a lot on here already, I had a conversation with one of the exec team over the phone yesterday morning and he said they were confident people would be able to get the models they wanted shortly after Friday's rush is over and that this issue is certainly not something they're ignoring. I'd just like an official statement regarding it, and including the UK, from Apple.
