Could someone check for a T-Mobile 7+ 128 black in Clarendon or Pentagon City VA?

tbh any store in DC, MD or VA except Richmond or Virginia Beach. I know that's a lot to check though, so the first two would be amazing

For some reason, those two stores have had NO stock at all since day 1. They are at the bottom under No Res. Very weird.

And no NoVa store has T-Mobile Plus Black 128.

Just got the same thing. My initial call said I'd be contacted within 48 hours... 36 hours into it I get this email that says 72 hours?

Also weird they worded it as added more reservation times and not added more iPhones to inventory... confusing.

As of like 12:30AM last night. They had every color and configuration but Jet black. Not even gonna lie to you, I would cancel any reservation I have an risk it for the biscuit.

I just got this email as well. Looks like they are really trying to move some stock around and confirms that no jet black will be available for pickup. At the very least, I am glad they are acknowledging it - still only 36 hours since my phone call.

Okay, that makes sense if they are closed lol. I've never physically been to either one, being out west in Loudoun. Both are completely empty in the reservation list from the beginning, like they are closed, as you say.

This looks like what all us that called over the weekend went through over the phone, and they finally got it organized into a form/database. I just wish they would confirm/state that a reservation made for Friday would carry over, then we could make it and take our issue off their hands (if we can't be there on Friday, since that's the only open option right now).

Same here it's such BS that we're getting jerked around. I called early Sunday morning I have one email from one of these IUP reps with his direct extension doesn't answer and doesn't acknowledge half a dozen emails I've sent asking to be updated on the progress of my trouble ticket... So feel free to contact him. Thanks for nothin Ryan...

Apple came through for me. Just got my reservation for a 7 Plus 256G in Black for pickup in Northern VA. Really wanted the Jet-Black but that was not to be. Made me happy they did something as I was up bright and early for pre-order, and I know OLD NEWS, was shut out. But they at least got it fixed,. Just hope everyone else that were screwed gets the phone they want.

Their 'answer' may just to add the new stock and have us reserve one. But that doesn't help if you can't see it since you have a backup res already, and if you can't do it on Friday, lol. It's just great that we all have to figure these things out for ourselves. Where would we be without MR?

I think this is irrational, they know they didn't do a good job and there really isn't a way to fix the situation but at least they acknowledge there is a problem and at least they are trying to get iPhones into our hands. They could have easily ignored complaints, because as much as we all want units on launch day, 2 months from now these will be available in abundance.

You are missing my point. Let me fill you in on my experience. I was in this IUP trouble ticket since Sunday morning with one email and no response to about half a dozen emails to this rep and unanswered phone calls. There are people on here getting emails from apple with updates that have put in their ticket a day/days later than mine. Just voicing my opinion and terrible experience with the process as a whole.
