Verizon 16GB Black iPhone 4S ordered through Apple.com on Monday evening with a projected 1-2 week delivery time. Arrived this (Friday) morning via FedEx. Not bad at all.
 
Even though fedex still is saying the delivery estimate is the 31st I can see that my phone is on the delivery truck. So it looks like apple's delivery estimate is more accurate than fedex's. Apple said the 28th, fedex said the 31st.

STILLLLLLLLLL stuck in customs. Called FedEx and they said my package cleared early this morning, but they're waiting for the other packages in the group to clear before shipping them all at once. This blows.

Me too, got the confirmation is has shipped, tried to login to track it but it is down.

UPS isn't showing anything yet for my package.

It delivered today but I wasn't home =/

On a cooler note the deliver was for Nov 1st! I love FedEd - Going to try to pick it up tomorrow or just wait until Monday. At least it's in NYC! :D

I did the "Hold at FedEx location" on the tracking page, so hopefully if it gets there they will let me pick it up.

So now my tracking info says "Hold at FedEx request received" right before it says departed Anchorage AK.

Good luck! I didn't want to mess with it...

There is still a shot for me to get it today as it arrived in Memphis at 12:00am... The flight aware site is very good for getting FedEx flight info, but sometimes scheduled flights will show up,at the last minute. I didn't see any Memphis to atlanta flights until this morning, and looks like one is en route:

That means it still could be delivered although 6:14am does seem late if it's going to get on a truck this morning...

Mine is still in Memphis, I guess I will call FedEx to remove the Hold at FedEx location and just let it be delivered on Monday.
 
I am waiting to receive mine. Interestingly, mine is shipping from Ontario, CA and not from China
 
How do you guys do it!!!
I reserved a device Thursday and was unable to get it Friday, reserved another one Friday night and I am losing my mind waiting to go pick it up!

No way I would last 2 weeks waiting, I think I would go crazy in that time, especially if it was late.

I guess if you don't live close to an apple store you have no choice :(
