Apple.com 1 to 2 week order status thread

It all depends on what you order. It's been posted in here a few times that 64GB are not as in much demand as the 16 and 32 so they're shipping out much faster.

Huh, I heard the opposite from my premier rep (who really knows). That said, my 64gb order is going on 2 weeks and hasn't budged from "processing" that entire time.

In fact, they emailed last week to push my window out to 3-4 weeks.

Edit : yeah my premier rep just updated me again and I quote: "21-28 is the normal time for the 64GB."

I don't understand. I ordered my white iPhone 16 gig on November 14th around noon PST. Its for AT&T. My shipping dates are Nov 28th-Dec 5th. But the thing is I'm seeing some other posts of people ordering their 16 gig after me and it ships a day or two later! Mine still says "processing items". I ordered from Apple.com. I almost wanna go and cancel my order. I know its only been 5 days though.

I don't consider premier reps very reliable (especially after all the nonsense regarding keeping my txting plan), but I guess it's possible that the a availability depends on some mix of size, color, and store. That is, it looks like apple.com orders are doing well for 64gb but AT&T might not have asked for or gotten as many for distribution through their online/phone order channel.

Anyway, hope you get it before the holidays!

Edit: All my exes live in Texas. That's why I hang my hat in Tennessee. My iPhone has made it from China to Memphis!

I just looked at the Verizon order status thread, and saw multiple people say they got their 4S within 3-4 days of ordering it. I ordered the 4S from apple.com on the 16th, and it won't be delivered until the 28th! It just got shipped, but is in Hong Kong right now. Why is ordering from apple.com so much slower than ordering from Verizon?

I wonder if some people are neglecting to mention that they paid for or got 2-day or overnight shipping?

Anyway, mine ordered 11/15, moved to shipping 11/17, delivered 11/21, which is not four days but is the fourth business day, I guess.

Your Premier Rep can't speak on how fast Apple is shipping out the phones. Look at the orders in this thread for how fast 64 GBs have been shipped out.

It took a week and half before my white 16GB AT&T shipped so relax it's coming.

If I am correct; my 32 GB White 4S is on flight FDX158 right now. Due to arrive in Anchorage, AK in about 4 hours 30 mins.

I ordered on 11/18.
Apple says delivers by 12/2 - 12/9.
Fedex says 11/28.

Hope I am right and it's here early.

I am upgrading from a Black 32 GB 4.

Your Premier Rep can't speak on how fast Apple is shipping out the phones. Look at the orders in this thread for how fast 64 GBs have been shipped out.

The official emails I got from AT&T Premier store indicated 21-28 days as well.

I'm hopeful they are hedging.

If it makes you feel better I'm in the exact same place. Ordered a white 16 gig 4S on AT&T on November 14 from Apple.com and I'm still stuck on processing. Hopefully it will be shipping out soon.

If I were you I'd call Apple. I talked to them today because like I said in my last thread I ordered on the 14th and it still was processing. I called them and it finally tooks 3 people to get it right, but my iPhone was put on hold for the past week because I didn't agree to the AT&T rights. So I finally got it taken care of over the phone with Apple and they said it should be getting ready fpr shipment within the next 24 hours. Here's to hoping it does, because AT&T website is a 3-5 days shippinf for the iPhone 4s 16gig. If it hasn't been shipped out by Wed I'm canceling my order and going with AT&T.

I did have a shipping box is what i looked like on my iPhone 4S order status, but it still said "PROCESSING ITEMS." then about 5 minutes later it went away, now it's just the white iPhone saying "PROCESSING ITEMS." And it doesn't say that it's been shipped! So I'm hoping their getting it ready to ship out, I'm hoping it wasn't just a glitch. I ordered 11.14.11

Well, I took your advice and called apple but they weren't really able to tell me much. I told them I wanted to confirm that there were no issues on their end because my order has been stuck in processing for 8 days now and I was starting to get a little concerned. The rep said everything was fine and that I should expect my order to be prepared to ship within the next 2-3 days and certainly by Friday.

It's frustrating that it seems like so many people that ordered after me have already gotten their phones, or at the very least have gotten a shipping confirmation email but hey what can you do?

Ordered 64GB White AT&T on Monday 11/21 around 1:15 PM, at which time the site said 1-2 weeks delivery. Received shipping notification 11/22 10:30 AM, estimated delivery 11/29.

Well hopefully their right. I know I called and talked to at least 3 people before someone said my iPhone was on hold, becasue I didn't agree to AT&T terms, so that's why they put the 200$ back into my banking account. I got online today just to find, it's still processing, it hasn't even moved to preparing for shipment. Both of the people I talked to said it would "start preparing for shipment within 24 hours" Well we're two hours away from 24 hours.

I don't wanna call and bug anyone, becuase I know these things take time, but come on! Look at these other people ordering days after me and their phones have shipped! It makes me nervous because he said my phone was on hold. So I will be calling Apple again shortly to make sure all is okay, and there is no hold up anymore. I go out of town on the 12th for 3 weeks, I would hate for it to come then. If I was closer (2 hours away) to a Apple store I would have already went there. Just keep me updated on you're order, and I'll do the same.

I ordered mine too from Verizon's website last week (Nov. 18th). My order confirmation said it would Ship By: 12/09/2011. The rep I talked to in-store also said they wouldn't be getting any in stock until the 9th.

I think it will be a while before we get our phones.

Ok, so we ordered the exact same phone on the same day from the same place and my phone finally shipped out this morning. It went straight from processing order to shipped, and it appeared to have skipped the preparing for shipment step.

It's currently in transit at Lantau Island, HK with an expected delivery date of November 30 by 4:30 PM. Check your email today Stephanie, as it might have shipped out at the same time as mine.

Delivering Monday, the 28th, which is the first possible day of delivery from the order status. That's pretty good, I reckon.
