The way I'm thinking of it is, if there aren't any pluses available for iUP, why would there be any for regular people?

No I don't I was just looking to see what was available while I wait for it to come up for Central Time Zone (Oklahoma) to see if there was even a chance.
I have checked almost every single state and not a single + that I am seeing. Let alone I think you are messing with them lol

There still appears to be stock at the Bethesda Row Store for ATT 7+ Models.
I got an AT&T, 256 Regular Black.
I should add, I only see more inventory at the IUP link. Not the regular link.
I'm not currently apart of the Apple upgrade program so I'd be going through the first link?
Or go through the 2nd link if I'm signing up for IUP?

Yeah, I was only able to see the plus models available if I followed the link after typing in my serial number on the IUP page.
There were a lot of variations available, but I checked multiple stores in multiple states and it seemed there was everything but jet black.
Must only be for existing IUP members. None are available for new members of the program unless you have a magical way? lol
I believe the 2nd but I would double check with Apple. I wouldn't want to steer you to the wrong one...
Welp, I'm gonna join IUP for next time. I want some preferential treatment for the 8.
