Already changed my shipment to hold for pickup so I can get it at 9:30am instead of my delivery guy arriving at 6:00pm.

What do you need to have it held for pickup? If it's not showing up in UPS (yeah, I tried the reference number thing but it's not working for my and the package isn't in My Choice either).

Same here but not a sad day (for me) because, regardless, I know that it's coming on 11/3.

As I recall, last year those with dates 2 to 3 weeks past launch day started seeing movement the day after launch with most arriving 8 days after launch. I’m thinking the same will happen this time although I’m wondering if it could be a bit sooner since I recall the equivalent of the 10 - 17 folks got theirs early or mid-week after launch and it seems those folks this year are all getting theirs on launch day. That would suggest that us 17-24 folks may get ours even earlier than 8 days after launch since there is not another batch of phones between us and launch day. Thoughts?

Did it update on your devices in the Apple store app? Or does it show anything different when you look at your iPhone upgrade program info? Or still just show your old phones?

It hasn't updated the devices shows old phones. IUP says pending when I check eligibility.

After clearing the cc fraud alert this morning it moved into "preparing to ship" for Nov 3 for my silver 256gb gsm but tried the order# minus the last 2 digits and also my telephone number on the UPS site but no luck yet. anxiously waiting haha

Mine changed to Preparing for Shipment. 12:03 order not completed until 12:08. Confirmation email 12:09. Delivery 3 on all accounts. Space Grey 256 X. Hoping for tracking soon. Haven’t tracked from China the last few releases...wondering what I’ll see now.

Mine once didn’t ship from China until Thursday morning our time and was delivered Friday morning. Amazing, but nerve racking.

No, but make sure you have it changed to the UPS Customer Center that would have received your iPhone and not some arbitrary UPS Store.

Just noticed this, but my iPhone delivery automatically appeared on my MyUPS account and when I mouse over the Manage Home Deliveries tab on the home page of UPS.com, it tells me my iPhone is gonna be delivered on 10/1 at 4pm?

Yup that's what happened last year. Miles and I were in the same boat. I definitely got my 7+ the following Saturday after launch day (8days later). Hopefully you folks with later delivery dates get bumped up like they done in the past.

Once your package arrives in your area, there should be a Customer center associated with that location. Make sure you have it delivered to the customer center and not some other UPS store or there will be additional delays.

What appears to be weird is that the shipment is actually departed even after preorders went live (Oct. 25)! The package is on its way to NM but the I live in Italy so I suppose NM is just a "middle" final destination. I think initially of an error with the reference number but the other reference numbers seems to appear the ones Apple uses often (like the "887xxxxx" I've already seen in every Apple order I took in the past). Another strange thing is that the package weighs 3.30 kgs (maybe a bundle of iPhone waiting to be split in NM before the shipment is addressed to the final destination?).
Here it is a screen. What do you guys thinks about? Is Albuquerque a known and important airport for UPS operations?

It's probably based on how long the system would normally deliver it. Under their agreement with Apple though nothing is supposed to get delivered before 11/3. They will stage it to make sure.
