Did I just get a free iPhone X???

My order is now "Preparing To Ship" (Nov 3 delivery date) but all of a sudden the charge from Apple on my bank has disappeared. Has this happened to anyone else/ should I be worried/ should I be excited?

Could be you ordered something else recently (iPhone case, etc...) and that’s what you’re actually tracking?

UPS' main hub is in Kentucky (Louisville) to be exact. If it was the iPhone, it would stop here most likely, not NM...

Iphone X is 0.40 kg
AppleTv 4k is 1.10 kg

From what I recall last year, people were tracking packages that were not the right weight to be their new phones. Some of these packages weren’t even showing as delivering to the right address. What people fail to tell you is that those tracking number hacks work most of the time but they aren’t always accurate. So either this package isn’t even yours or someone else in your household ordered something a lot heavier than an iPhone X. UPS doesn’t show the weight for a whole pallet.

So I punched in my order number -last 2 digits but without my zip and said it was delivered 10/26 in Duck Creek Village, UT. Came from Suzhou, China.. weight .70kg

Thanks for the clarification :) I assume the "hack" didn't worked this time and I have been fooled by some coincidence including that in Suzhou actually there is a Foxconn Factory.

Sometimes the charge will drop. Then reapply later.

Ordered a T-Mobile iPhone X 256GB Silver (GSM)
Scheduled for Nov. 3rd delivery. Pre-Authorization on my CC but still no shipping info using either order number (minus last 2 digits) or my phone number.

What was the reservation thing they did? I was having trouble connecting to my carrier didn’t get that option. Finally got my order in at 3:15

The reservation held your device until the carrier verification system was able to complete the request from Apple. The preorder for my wife ended up being a reservation. I received the confirmation email and the email to complete the reservation nearly two hours later, but hers will deliver with mine on 11/3.
