I’d assume they sat because of the weekend over there. I know my tracking just showed up this morning, and it looks like it’s catching up to the earlier group.

jajajaja! Honestamente lo veo dificil este año. Tengo dos paquetes por UPS que no me han llegado (uno esta en Carolina desde hace dos semanas) y en UPS lo que sale es “Due to the impact of the hurricane, deliveries are delayed at this time.”

Okay so my tracking STILL hasn’t shown for either of my Nov 3 orders.
Had to call out of work because of how stressful this all is. It says ‘preparing for shipping’ but no tracking number????

I called Apple 7 times today and tried looking up my tracking all day. Nothing. Apple rep accidentally told me that it be there on launch day but I told them I had no tracking. Ended up yelling and hanging up on them.

Anyways I haven’t been able to think clearly all day and I’m pretty sure the stress from all this has made my physically sick. Heading to doctor soon as I have been coughing up blood every time I check tracking

This is what the 7 Plus looked liked to get an idea of time frame and locations it might stop at along the way.

I'm sure they had their reasons for doing it that way for that specific flight (maybe the weather?), but I wouldn't see UPS going back and forth like that regularly (logistically it doesn't make a lot of sense).



We've seen a lot of flights to Anchorage in the past come out of Shenzhen, Shanghai Pudong and often stopovers in Japan.

Relax, it’s bedtime in China right now, no one is going to see any new moment for a few hours. It will soon be Monday over there and so many updates will take place.

But there is alert symbol next to delivery date. any idea what it means?

If you requested a delivery change to pick it up in UPS Store, this exception pops up temporarily. No big deal.

I didn't request for pickup change. When I tried earlier it showed Monday for pickup, then I didn't proceed.

There is a text saying. update: tentative delivery date. not sure what that mean

I did a delivery change and it shows up as an exception. I think yours is fine too just wait for a day and it should go back to normal.

Is it just me or are the threads a little less talkative than past years???

Makes sense, since they bifurcated the delivery dates for 8 and X. I have friends who got the 8 who've already had their phones for weeks, so they aren't on MacRumors following the threads.

I wonder how long it will take for those of us to adjust to not having a home button that have had iPhone since there advent?

I'm excited to be able to look into it and have it wake up while I'm cooking from a recipe without having to touch the button and risk getting crap in there.

Everyone's is showing with some sort of caution symbol... it's because it hasn't cleared customs yet. Although I'm sure Apple would be very annoyed to put it lightly, it could be stopped there which would delay delivery. UPS can't really "guarantee" the date until its cleared customs. I don't think it ever hasn't though.
