Same, but why does it matter? We all know that they are coming November 3rd. Last year was the 1st and only year I didn’t get the phone on launch day, so I had a good reason for trying to track it from CN. This year I am confident I am getting it on time and therefore don’t need to know which plane it’s on. I’ll still track it via UPS My Choice, but no planes for me. Lol
Was hoping to wake up to officially see a UPS/Apple alert on my phone that it has shipped indicating movement but nothing. My unofficial UPS reference tracking is still in ZZ. Although doesn't UPS scan upon arrival sometimes? I think I've had some packages where I had scans show up all at once and delivered that same day.

Just got a notification from UPS getting a package on nov 3 from Foxconn YES!!! The Apple store is still preparing for shipping lol
Your statement about the scans updating all at once is very accurate. I've had phones look like they're still in China based on the tracking but the scans were just not updated until it arrived stateside.
I suspect the phones are already here and the scans just have not caught up based on the volume. My credit card has already been charged and it already shows up with ATT that I'm on the next plan. Yet Apple still shows that I'm preparing to ship. There hasn't been any movement yet this morning either.
They’ve got a lot of phones that will hit the system at the same time so not all departure scans are updated right away. Also, one year I was able to track departure and arrival scans that coordinated with UPS flights. Flight didn’t depart ZZ until Wednesday evening and it still got to me (on east coast) by Friday. BTW my UPS is still showing ZZ too but I’m confident it’ll be here Friday.
This thread makes me more anxious about getting my phone on the 3rd than I should be. Though I can't stay away!

Based on last year, I think we 17-24 folks will start seeing progress (Preparing to Ship, cc charged, UPS tracking by reference #) between evening of Thursday 11/2 and Sunday 11/5 with delivery no later than the 10th.

Either they had more iPhones ready (which the article seems to allude to) or the demand wasn’t as much as is being touted. Either way, Apple is still a master of marketing and creating supply and demand (whether it’s reality or delusion) feeding frenzy.

Mine is same as yours. My card was charged yesterday but still no movement.
Ordered 256 SG X, Att, through Apples IUP. CC has been charged for tax but not for the first installment. When do they charge the first installment? I am suppose to pick up in store on Friday the 3rd but the phone still just says “order in progress”. Will it be there Friday? If it’s like everyone is saying, it probably is stuck in China till Wednesday as well. I can’t find anything on UPS for it. Reference or phone #.
I spoke with Apple support, the representative assured me that I have nothing to worry about. We’ll see if he statements proves to be true.
We will all get our phones by Nov 3rd (if that’s the date you have). As others have said, sometimes the tracking doesn’t update as quickly as we like. Phones could be stateside, or in Alaska, or leave tonight, but we will still get them on Friday. I don’t recall last year any significant numbers of people who had launch day date not getting their phone. It was the 2nd or 3rd wave that had issues that made us get crazy and start tracking planes. Calm down and you will have your phone soon enough. Then we can all complain about all the apps that haven’t updated to support iPhone X layout. It’s not pretty if the developer hasn’t updated.
Nov 3 delivery date, charged my card Saturday, still Preparing for Shipping...this better just be delayed updates and not a delayed phone.
