I have a friend that works at UPS and she told me this morning that the flight was going to go straight through from Zhengzhou to Louisville stopping in Anchorage. Others had said she was wrong and it would go to Chicago instead.

So I was a little happy when it turned out she was right.

Yea we talked about that last night. Anybody that thought the later have never done this before

Just to catch some of you up. This morning I posted about speaking with a friend who works in international planning at UPS. She was able to confirm that flight N8628 (also NCR628 and Tail N919CA) was a special flight for the iPhone out of Zhengzhou. She said the route was unusual in that it was going all the way from CGO to SDF. (with a stop in ANC)

So the plane that just landed is only carrying iPhones and it also lines up with the scans.

So does Apple usually mark as shipped once on US soil? Or more like when they depart Louisville in route?

Thats b/c your order is probably already in Europe waiting to ship to you from a closer location.. .or is being shipped by a different carrier. As we’ve said many times.. relax, you will have the Phone when promised by Apple

I never got Exception, and that's what worries me

I'm mildy surprised there isn't one of us who lives in anchorage standing outside the airport fence with binoculars to advise time of landing. LOL. Sigh. Guess I have to settle for refreshing the flight aware page.
