My bigger concern is that my son's phone (coming in his name) isn't showing up as a delivery for this address and it seems like I usually see stuff for everyone else here at home... or, I think I do.

I have UPS my choice and it didn't show up in mine ever, I looked it up by reference and have been tracking it for days. Try finding his using the reference trick.

check the apple.com order and see if the address Is in the order too
